Very Friendly but not well trained staff. At the reception. Too much partymode after my taste… Stayed twice… and both times difficulties with the checkout and incorrect invoices… Staff is also not trained good enough to fix the problems right away. I am actually surprised that this hasn't improved at all within two years. There's no restaurants nearby and the the restaurant which is included was fully booked throughout the week so we had to go Lillestrom for a meal. Quite noisy during nighttimes when drunk people return to their rooms from partying downstairs although this was during the week. So if u are looking for something quiet this is not the place to stay. No window in a quite small bathroom and ventilation didn't work. Beds are comfy though and the modern looks of the hotel are really quite appealing. Breakfast was good so this made up for quite a lot. Definitely room for improvement which is quite surprising considering that Moxy belongs to the Marriott's group. Will not stay there again.

It has been 2 months now that the hotel promised to refund me the amount (543, 06 EURO) that the hotel incorrectly charged from my bank account. On march 7th they confirmed to refund the amount within 10 days, which they didn't. After my respective complaint, Stine (from Customer Service) confirmed me on April 15th to fix it ASAP. Nothing happend until today. This is an absolute inacceptable situation. I herewith request immediate refund of the amount in question.

A guy got into my hotel bedroom and another ladies and still nothing had been done — despite contacting managers the ceo of Marriott hotels. Police weren’t called despite asking and the guy had a key card. All they have done is try and fob me off.

Nothing is good about this hotel, staff is rude.

More of a youth hostel than a hotel. Spartan accommodations.

Definitely nice hotel. Perfect place to stay. Very nicely appointed lobby. Maria at the reception desk not only sweet but very very helpful with two other coworkers. Love the way reception is designed that includes coffee and others. Check my photo.

There are many amenities in the hotel. Despite being in a secluded area, there are many fun things to do such as playing pool, beer pong and pinball! The rooms were neat and comfortable. The service was great as well.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and entertaining. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day and the beds were comfortable. The hotel does appeal more to a younger crowd, but if you are young in spirit or just a friendly person yourself, you will enjoy it! We accidentally left a sweater there and the staff tracked it down for us, so we can get it back. The hotel is not located in the best location for touring the town though. We were visiting family who live nearby this hotel, which made it extra convenient for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel! Well served by the public transportation to the airport and to the city center! High quality of the rooms and of the design objects all around the hotel.

Staff very professional and really nice and funny!
