Had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with my family at Crowne Plaza Resort Guam. Great Food and Great Service. Such a very beautiful Resort to be at. Great experience indeed.

So my wife and I came on a trip to Guam and booked a lot the Crowne Plaza Guam for 5 nights. The hotel was recently remodeled, opened November 16 and we checked in on the 19th. Being one of the first guests, this hotel is amazing. As a Diamond member, we chose the free breakfast which is great. Beautiful views from the pool, nice lobby, 2 bar areas and one super nice restaurant. We check out on Thursday 24th.

Great Service, Staff always refill drinks right on time (never fails) My family & I experienced dinning inside & outside & service was great, they didn’t forget we were dinning outside & always refilled right on time for my entire table! They came every 10/12 minutes to see if we needed anything… ABOVE 5 STARS FOR THEM!

The Fiesta Resort is the best place to go in Saipan. Make sure to eat at Mai Teppanyaki restaurant and have breakfast at the Terrace. The beach is 50 steps from the hotel and is perfect. The staff is very welcoming and is always helpful. Thank you Fiesta for making our vacation the best! ⛵️

Fantastic hotel and resort. A little pricey. The pool area and beach are are beautiful. But most fantastic part of all is the staff. You could actually stay in this hotel your whole stay and relax peacefully. And say hello to Louis, pool area supervisor, for me if you visit.

Fun hotel with lot's to do. Ping pong tables, swimming pools, giant chess board, pool table, shading for lounge chairs, easy beach access. Like all the hotels in Garapan, in need of remodeling, it's time. But with that said, my favorite lobby by far!

I went here to go to SeaTouch wherein they let me pet and swim with the stingrays. It was a unique and fun experience. The guides will teach you things about the beautiful creatures and they are friendly and playful.

This hotel is really lively, beach watching the sunset really feel super beautiful … But the room general, service is inferior to domestic, fortunately public facilities very good, in the evening when the scenery is super beautiful, Tuesday to Sunday has the buffet, 60 knives a person, beef, seafood and so on variety is also good. Because the hotel is open, not in-house tourists or locals will come to play. Outside the hotel gate is a food street, per capita 30-40 bar, every budget by people. The pool is small and there are children's playground for children to play with. This is the city more convenient hotel, but outdated facilities, service really not only I a comment feel not to follow, but to the Hyatt also on that, forgive it, hahaha, after all, sex parity or bicquet yue good. Hotels in Saipan don't be too excited about it. Family can rent a villa, if not familiar with the friend on the love to find good, in the south to study diving when rented a villa, flat layer before and after the yard, is a warm Korean landlord, 1600 yuan a night, live a week seven days to give also hit a discount, the Lantern Festival for two days about Taiwan's diving instructor and friends in the front yard barbecue In this half-month, Saipan is so familiar with a small island and has made a lot of friends. Not bad for far flung islands in the West Pacific. Not quite to American standards but the Asian tourism market likes it.

Really loved it here. Great location, right on the beach and within walking distance to shopping. We were able to cycle to some of the memorials from here too on rented bikes. There is a market outside the hotel on weekends. Pools are clean. They have a kids pool too. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is entertainment at night both indoors and out, we loved the traditional dance show. There are billiard tables and other facilities in the hotel. Quite reasonably priced for what it is. There is an airport shuttle bus. Stunning sunsets and sun rises.

I'm a local, I don't have to go to Fiesta play, and the end of the dinner was kicked out by the security guard, a Bangladeshi, and a supervisor. He said we're not guests here so we can't eat and play here, let's just say OK then let's go. At first I thought it was okay. The people's territory, and then followed us very near still hold the walkie-talkie in that said I can understand AH still have to follow! Very near! Very near! I'm not feeling very well, and I'm just saying, don't be so close to us. He started out saying, "You're not a guest here, you're not staying here. You want me to call the police? "I'll just have a fire, so how do we get the locals to Fiesta? " Overall, I think they can still do it. It's just security. This is really bad! Bad! Bad! Important thing to say three times!

The beach bar behind the hotel is a great support to hang out pretty much every day of the week especially after happy hour.

Great spot to grab a drink and watch the sunset. Very accessible beach. My nephew has swim lessons here. Great spot.

This is probably one of the best hotels in terms of price and location. It is right on the beach in the heart of Garapan, which is the main tourist district. The hotel restaurants are good, but very pricey.

The location is great as it is close to the downtown where many restaurant and shops are located. The room is okay but a bit expensive compared to what it offers.

Good location and good equipment, nice hotel with bad service. Every room have maximum four devices to connect to Wi-Fi, and we have five devices, they won't willing to give us on more connection to Wi-Fi. We have to begging them every morning to get connected to restaurants Wi-Fi which changes password everyday. Seems like they got nice view location and nice beach so they think they have people coming in anyway but giving bad services they don't know. The house keeping missing shampoo everyday, it's like two people can live four days with only one super small shampoo. Next time I probably will go to Hyatt.

We loved our stay there. It's great for a summer escape with kids. The pools weren't deep and they have a lot of activities for kids. The beach wasn't too great though as there were a lot of sea grass in it but aside from that the place was lovely. The views you get everyday are more than enough to soothe your cares away. As for the food, we only tried the hotel cafe. The servings were big but taste wise not exactly what I would expect from a hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well kept and clean.

The resort was great, the staff was friendly and very helpfull. I would recommend it to anyone going to Saipan. The island of Saipan is over run with chinese tourists, please keep this in mind when ever planning a trip here. If your single and down with the persuasion you're good!

I wasn't staying at this resort, but went to bbq dinner, which gave me a wonderful memory. It looked a pleasant place to stay 'cause there is a micro beach right in front of the resort. Quite distant to many stores and restaurants.

Great service, good food, ambience is wonderful… Price is very reasonable with so much food selection… Highly Recommended for small and even big parties…

The food is so delicious and the place is so clean and inviting. So organize, and the staff was so friendly i'll give it a thumbs up.

Great place. Has the Micro Beach on its back, and provides services for reserved people. The pools and hot spring? seemed quite nice too. Do not confuse the lobby : (Almost lost a tour. 싸씰은 쮸챠쟝으로 ㅆㅓ씀 (͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Hotel is in Symbian Island most lively of place, opposite of Beach also very of praise, behind of mountain actually is quite good of, just and it of corresponds to level to compared, room is big has is, I selected of Seaview room landscape also good, but breakfast and waiter of level, can than Shang domestic of as home on good has, in this aspects does is somewhat disappointed, does as everyone by said, there no real of four star and five-star, because turned to side Shang of Kay Hyatt see, also didn't strong to where to, hehe.

I really like it there cause the food are interesting even the ice cream and if your looking for a hotel and swimming place the place to go is in fiesta and it's good to have a birthday reservation it'll be so fantastic…
