The staff was delightful and very helpful. The general design of the hotel is world class. I loved that the gym was accessible most of the day and night. The pool area was very relaxing and allowed for an interesting view of the city. The only thing I found a bit lacking was the breakfast choices. The eggs were particularly underwhelming.

The staff here are very courteous and highly welcoming. The pool is excellent while the rooms here can be rated as second to none.

Radisson Blu hotel by Avalon Isaac John Street Ikeja is a place to be. The ambience of this hotel is dazzling, you are first welome in by the lovely waterfall and the beautiful towering view. The lovely access road and underground car park are a driver's delight. The roof top swimming pool is lovely, the pool table is classy and restrooms clean. The wonderful food served here, especially the buffet and the excellent customer service will blow you off your feet and make you want to visit or check in more.

I absolutely love the decor, aesthetics and feel of this place. Though not a budget hotel, I also wouldn't classify it as a 5-star hotel. However, once you get into the room, you forget the price you have paid. Courteous staff, lovely designs, great selection of drinks that are reasonably priced for their standard. I didn't have time to see their pool but I sure am looking at returning there.

Spent two nights at this hotel (June 30-July 2). The room was spacious, and the bed quite comfy. Nice breakfast buffet spread and good facilities. These are the good sides. The bad? The concierges do not seem to know how to assist guests with simple tasks or to help with inquiries; they just stand there in the lobby in groups waiting to help guests load and unload luggage. That's all they seem able or willing to do. The worst aspect of my experience was when I ordered room service and paid with a POS machine with my ATM card. I was clearly charged and as soon as I got the alert on my phone I showed it to the room service lady, but she printed a paper and without showing it to me claimed that there was an error. She pretended to be satisfied when I showed her the evidence that I had been charged. But she returned a few minutes later to ask that I pay again saying the first payment didn't go through. And for good measure she added that this had happened to several guests before, which was revealing and self-indicting. I insisted that I would not pay twice for the same room service, telling her that they should check their payment database since I had clearly been charged. I talked to her supervisor on the phone and told her the same thing and she said the accounts people would check the next day. The next day, I was harassed with several phone calls telling me that the payment had not come through.

Looking for that friendly hotel of class and feel of a home on Lagos mainland? I think Radisson Blu Hotel experience is what you need. For reason I cannot explain I really find it very friend accommodating. Their daily buffet come pocket friendly for its class of hospitality. Even though it is expected that they be friendly, you don't get that I'm working here so got to be friendly rather a feel of being in the midst of friends. I hope to explore much more sometime soon.

Cozy and Classy Hotel. Great food and courteous staff. Clean rooms and tidy spaces. Air Conditioners are superbly efficient. Open space on the first floor for fresh air and great view. A bit pricey though.

I had a HR function here and it looks really nice… scenery is fantastic. I have not slept in it to know how room service and everything is … but first impression is good.

Nice beautiful hotel on the mainland, close to the airport. Spacious, a bit pricy though but nice place to stay if you like class and can pay for it. There's a life band on Fridays in the lounge and the crowd is cool. If you need to get to the airport early, then you might want to try to this hotel.

Omg. I freaking love it here. It's a home away from home. The rooms are very cozy and the decor and lightning is just amazing.

I had a seminar here and it was absolutely home away from home. Definitely a 5 star from me. The staff are awesome, they make things so easy and the management of this facility is beautiful. Although it doesn't come all so cheap, a stay is worth every penny.

About the best hotel on the Mainland of Lagos, if you do not want to stay on Te island quite close to the airport (about 10 min to domestic and 15 minutes to International airport). The environment is also safe and guests both expatriate and locals can take a stroll outside for a drink in one if the several near by bars and malls. If you get one if the rooms close to the road, you might get a little noise from the main road behind the hotel. Overall it's a good hotel and I hope the standard is maintained.

Nice Hotel The staff always smiling, available and professional. Nothing to say except the little less is the pool which is small, otherwise everything is excellent. I did not expect to see such a hotel with this level in Africa. Bravo to the whole team and I wish them a very good courage. I hope to go back another time.

Have just had excellent services every time I visit. The CUT restaurant had some lovely ribs with 4 mini burgers and it was delish. Placed a call to book a reservation for a birthday celebration at Iyetomz Okin and it was top notch from the moment we got there. One of the staff, Amanda, was very nice and efficient, the chicken wrap was superb, loved the salad bar as well. The pastry dessert bar great too. Great job! There is room for improvement at the buffet section but overall it was good.

Nice hotel with contemporary amenities and furniture. To be honest I set my expectations about this place low but my expectations were exceeded. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the sixth floor in preparation for an event. I'm happy with what I saw. Few little things put me off like not having soap in the toilet downstairs, or not enough towels (these can be fixed easily). As with most things in Nigeria, my little worry is the maintenance culture and if this high standard will be consistently upheld at this hotel. Only time will tell. That being said I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great customer service. I did not have a nice experience as the hotel was flooded and had water leaking from the roof. However management promptly resolved the issue with drying equipment and towels. Great, but I won't pay that much for stress.

I dare say that this is the best hotel in Lagos at the moment. I'm not quite sure how they've done it but the rooms instantly feel like home. The decor, lighting, view, sheer space of the room, the tub, everything works in such wonderful harmony I was quite sad to check out. Then the restaurant. Breakfast, brunch and lunch is a lush, indulgent spread, again the best I have seen in Lagos. I couldn't even try it all if I could. And I so badly wanted to. Although while I was there, there was an incident where I forgot my glasses by the pool after a night swim. It took them an inordinately long time to find it which is weird seeing as they have a Lost and Found department and CCTV cameras. Otherwise, my stay was without blemish.

When I wanted to give my best friend a treat for her birthday, I decided to check the reviews on Renaissance and I was impressed so I decided to take a leap. We were sooooo blown away, amazing service, top notch interior decor and the food was as tasty. Everything about it was perfect and we had such a great time. The staff were polite and it had the right ambience about it. I cannot wait to return. Thank you.

This hotel is winning on so many levels: ghe decor, the rooms, the service, the amenities, the food. This place is stunning, even the most basic room looks elegant. The bed and pillows are too comfortable; I found it difficult to leave the bed during the morning. The service was good. The salad bar is AMAZING! The food at the buffet was great at times and average other times. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. There is a pool and small gym.

This place is awesome, I love the fact that the interior is so lovely, filled with art and so much creativity. The way the artworks are displayed and the fact that they pay attention to details is magnificent. Customer service is flawless, the food here is wonderful plus they make variety dishes. Again, I love the choice of flowers right from the entrance it makes you feel at home. The environment is so peaceful, quiet and yet captivating. This is a place for you can bring your children to, a good relaxation spot also a place for lovebirds, business and family. Honestly I have been to a lot of hotels but this is a 5 star hotel with a difference, the experience is unique that you never want to leave. The view is great and it is easy to locate.

You can definitely sense the difference from many other hotels in the country with how much effort has been put into this development. Atmosphere is a mixture of modernism with an African twist. Quality of furnishing is very impressive, there was a set of doors where raw wood (that seemed like they were just cut from trees and processed) was used without any refinement to them. I really like the transitions the floors go through (with reference to look|feel|texture) as you move from one area to another. Conference rooms are definitely to be considered for your next set of meetings. I like the use of the water fountains on the outside, as they give a calming effect to the hotel environment, thus making you feel you're in a different part of the world and not in Ikeja/Lagos. Definitely a contender for hotel lodging in Lagos. Looking forward to service delivery and food reviews.

Great Service began from the drive into the hotel. The employees are friendly and are happy to conduct us around. The ambiance is delightfully welcoming, the interior decoration is creatively beautiful. I am very impressed! Definitely look forward to being a 'stay-in' guest to experience their cuisine and room. I was here for rele Art Exhibition, was a great experience. Awesome ambience, the pool and lobby area is fantastic/luxurious hotel so staying here is not cheap. Prices can range from 70, 000 to 100, 000 Naira per night.

It's said to be the most luxurious hotel in Nigeria. Courteous staff. I enjoyed the food and the gym. I also took inspiration from the artworks displayed on the walls. When I visited in March 2017, they said it was only four months old.
