Reviews of GRAVITY HOTELS BY ACE 3*
Beautiful space, spent 4 nights here, the food was good and delicious. There were however a number of things that could have been better managed. The towels and sheets were old and no longer white, which made the towels especially seem dirty. Despite asking for a change, the replacements weren’t any different. One of the pillow covers had a tear in it, again, they failed to change it despite having raised the concern. A flicking bulb in the bathroom, a broken socket by the bedside, the bathroom walls had some stains. The hot water wasn’t constant, felt like it was timed although we were told it ran 24hrs. The staff were kind and helpful.
The place is cozy and nice, but you need to work on your cooking skills, the taste of the food is very different from the looks of the hotel. The food is not sweet at all, the customer service and reception is excellent but the food is not it for me.
