Great hotel right in the middle of Owerri, Great staff (Destiny, Divine and so many others), only fault was no Wi-Fi at all but I would definitely stay again next year.

Great stay. Staff was nice. It is a little isolated from amenities. Need a car or transport if you stay here.

Great Place that have maintained a pristine Room. Great Ambience Safe and Alluring. Their rooms are exceptional.

This hostel needs a very serious restructuring of its management. The service is almost non-existent. They have an awesome rain shower head, though.

I had an incident there yesterday with the lady at the reception that created a bad impression… Air Peace uses Fullmoon Hotels as 1 of its rendezvous point for people to pick up delayed luggages. Air Peace didn't carry my bags in my morning flight from Abj to Owerri but the bags came in the afternoon/evening flight. In the evening, I was informed to go to the hotel to pickup my bags from the reception. On getting there, the lady at the desk displayed total ignorance and very annoying lackadaisical behavior over the said Air Peace arrangement. I was there for over 1hr trying to get my bags, thinking that Air Peace had not sent them whereas the bags had been there and the lady at the reception didn't bother to even try to find out the true situation. I found her indifference and lack of empathy totally irritating especially coming from the position of having to float around in Owerri from 12:30pm till 8:25pm without my luggages… Fullamoon hotels should do well to hire competent staff to man the reception because the reception is the image maker of the hotel. If I had need to lodge, I certainly would not have lodged in the hotel on account of the behavior of the receptionist.

The hotel is one of the worst hotels you can be in owerri. From their rude and dirty staff, to their tasteless meals. It takes 2-3 hours to get your meals after ordering. That is if they don't tell you they forgot your order.
The management of the hotel needs to do better.
Their bedsheets are stained, it's all a mess.

A friend of mine said I deserved a birthday treat and booked a room🏨, a spa session💆‍♀️, plus a bottle of wine 🍾. The part I enjoyed most? The spa session! Lord, it was worth every penny. The steam bath will test your endurance, trust me 😄. I never knew ones butt could be massaged. Mine was, and I was screaming cause it was painful, and then the masseuse explained that since I sat down for long hours, some of the pain lodged in my "ikè". Long story short, my entire body was massaged to perfection 👌🏽. I had to beg the masseuse to stop ☺️. Afterwards, I slept like a baby that I am 🥰🙈. You should try it too.

Entering this mighty edifice hotel undergoing some rehabilitation work was worth it. From the cool breeze of the environment to the classic master rooms. Well inbuilt lifter to ease stress and fast accessing of one's room. Fullmoon is highly recommended by me.

I was pleasantly surprised to the exquisite, classy and friendly hotel. It had a spa onsite that closed at 8pm. The pool looked clean and maintained. The grilled fish was the tastiest in town. The room had a balcony, overlooking other balconies, it should have been a window instead. This hotel is worth another visit.

It is an exquisite hotel with good finishing and a delicious complimentary breakfast. There is a genuine desire to satisfy and please a customer when complaints are lodged. My only reservation was that the AC in my room 324 wasn't effective though the technician came to clean it up, it still didn't give the desired result.
The access to the hotel around the entrance gate doesn't speak well about the owner. He needs to interlock, tar or floor that area for good ambience.
However, from the reception to room service and restaurant is all top notch service.

Our stay at Full Moon was the most enjoyable we've ever had. From the beginning, we enjoyed all their amenities. They have an international restaurant where I was able to get dishes from home. They have spa and a gym with the friendliest staff. While we were there, we experienced a personal tragedy and the way they responded was unprecedented. The entire staff made sure we knew they cared and were genuinely sympathetic. They just went above and beyond. I had never seen hospitality like that. The staff felt like friends and family by the time we checked out. The hotel itself is big and clean. The rooms are spacious. Ovetall, its a great deal. The marketing manager was amazing with us, adding a personal touch to everything. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Owerri.
