Please Entrust with all due respect, I’m giving you one star for the sole reason that I paid 35k for a deluxe room 303 I couldn’t simply take a shower. You’ve got a nice place but how can I say nice when your showers don’t work and nobody could do anything about it o couldn’t retain the next morning I have to go searching for another hotel just to take a proper bath! The worst is when I call reception the just decline the call. Workers are likely 80% the downfall of any business!
Entrust is situated around the Imo State Judiciary (High Court), inside the popular and cozy 'New owerri' area of the city. The area is also home to more than half of the hotels built in Owerri in the last fifteen years. You can see the State's High Court clearly from a window in one of the rooms.
Entrust is an upscale, romantic hotel with beautiful rooms and suites. Their bar and restaurant are not big but you can get almost every drink and local cuisine you will need. Parking space is not also big but you can supplement with on the fence parking outside.
Very decent and tastefully built, the owners have an eye for details.
