I recently stayed at Dicon Hotels and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay relaxing. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to assist with any needs or recommendations. The location was also very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely!

Terrible customer service. The staff seemed completely overworked, and no willingness to help. When we received the room, the bathroom was dirty and stains on the sheets. Every time you ordered a meal it would take MINIMUM of 2 hours to deliver. They also screwed up our bill, and charged extra, and didn’t have any change for breaking a 1.000 naira bill. This place was not good, and would not recommend.

From 05:30 am till this moment I'm writing this review, I have not been able to use the restroom because the facilities are not working.
I have complained severally but to no avail.
The hotel manager is nowhere to be found.
The maintenance engineer has been off duty since yesterday.
It's a very horrible experience. Whosoever is patronizing them is doing it at his or her own risk.

We stayed here for my brothers wedding night and this hotel ruined the entire night. The service was beyond terrible. We stayed two nights, there was no soap, no key cards for rooms, no hot water, no towels, etc in any of the 10 rooms that we booked. We waited 1 hour and a half for yam and eggs in their restaurant. The manager was hiding from us for two days, when we finally was able to speak to him. He offered no solution and only escalated the problem even more. The director of the hotel from U. S. Was called after this incident, and he called us “crazy! ”. Can you imagine? Paying customers? Crazy for not receiving basic amenities. Seems like we were being robbed by criminals. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!
