Lovely hotel, caring staff, Clean, neat, services topnotch.

Good location and atmosphere but car park is not that spacious.

The environment is cool and calm.
The room space is great.
AC is working fine.
Apart from the internet that is slow, I enjoyed everything about these place.

Located in a secure estate, with good proximity to the express, a bank, a pedestrian bridge and a bus stop. Cool respectful staff. Breakfast was a bit too small for the price they charged though.

I just went visiting. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Clean tiles and bathroom well — lit.

Have been in der seating room for a cool meeting with friends and the meeting was beautiful because the place is so good for such.

The rooms are a mixture of "you win some and then you lose some. " The management could do better in terms of repairing and renovating the lower priced rooms as soon as a flaw is detected.

Very neat rooms, I sleep there yesterday in the suite 202, the receptionist is very friendly I will love to come there next time.

Great! The toilet isn't that spacious tho. Their service is good. Swimming pool, club, spa, good power supply, good views to some extent and their kitchen is quite good. Friendly staff as well.

Room 607 is the best … Large, quiet the AC felt like freezer, dstv and yourube where working, the catfish pepper soupe was bit salty, even cheaper hotels around for the driver …

Festival hotel and spa is a massive hotel with 5 floors and hundreds of rooms of varying sizes; deluxe, executive etc. There are different halls, a gym, a pool and several shops in the building.

The hotel is really good if you want a cool and quiet place to stay. I stayed in the Classic Mini room (25k/night) and everything was okay. The room is neat and well maintained.

I had the opportunity to stay in the Executive Room at Luxol Homes and Suites for three nights from July 22nd to 25th, 2024 while visiting Nigeria for a week from Germany.

Loved this place — so much so, that I went back for a further stay! Clean rooms in a small but perfectly formed boutique hotel; quiet/secure location with attentive staff, who strive to do their best.
