Friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable front office. Beautiful rooms and interior too.

One thing is certain, you can not go wrong with their menu. The food is absolutely amazing. As for the hospitality and ambience I think it is a little below the value of the rates.

The hotel has good standard, beautiful room and the food was very delicious, the order didn't take long to arrive.

They only serve nigerian food while they put continental on the menu. The humidity inside the hotel and rooms made me sick! And the Internet is terrible. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers.

Decent service Response time could be a little faster and the room temperature could be a little cooler.

I really liked it. Only 2 issues I had with the place… They really need to give people a tutorial on how their controls in the rooms work. They also need to have a directory of numbers in their room. I needed laundry, restaurant and front desk and I simply did without it. A menu in each room would be a good idea as well. Great service and good rooms though.

Easily accessible, elevator is functional. The rooms are a bit pricey for the size. Some of the rooms offer complimentary breakfast. There's a restaurant and a dining area. No adequate parking.

Good staff but nothing is available in food. Always problem in electricity. Always delay in orders.

The hotel's exterior isn't as attractive as it used to be. The walls are discoloured. The entrance gate is falling apart. The fountain at the reception which used to give it a beautiful look is dead. It should be renovated before the damage becomes more than it is right now.

Not really a top notch hotel but gets the job done. Beautiful background for taking photos which makes it even better. Faulty key and had to call reception to open our door, otherwise it's a nice place. Love it!

Sadly, this very cool and elegant hotel will most likely leave very little impression for any visitor to return with. The restaurant is well laid and beautifully adorned, but you won't be finding any of the food on its menu available. I have been here thrice and each time I left without getting a meal. There is basically no parking space. What counts for one will only park 5cars at most. The customer service isn't poor though, but certainly a lot has to change about the business to make it a great place to visit.

I was here with approximately 20 with about 11 rooms. I met a lady who offered us discount due to the size of the party. Staff were very nice and accommodating of my younger cousins who were mischievously running around. Beds are comfy, entertainment is ok. Bar and restaurant also ok but did not really sample a lot of it. Worth the price and I would probably return if I needed to. The only points to make is that the gym does not have a lot of equipment and is not very inviting. Also there was barely any parking space inside.

Not quite sure about the location. Virtually no space for parking and hosting any large events.
