I am your client for 6 years, always using your restaurants and also using your hotel everytime we have guests in Lagos. On the 12th November 2018, your hotel charged my debit card twice for the same amount. Since the 13th November that I am trying to get back my money and till today I only can see promisses and promisses. … This is not acceptable. I have sent emails with the both payment evidences to 2 staff of your company and everytime I am asking for an update, they ask another emails. Crazy Can you please get back to me asap on this? the last person I have meet, it is your sales manager and also her, just sent me another email today asking for the payment evidences that I already have sent to her. Waiting for your urgent solution.

Cool location, just a walk away from the best coffee shop on the island (Vestar coffee).

Great all-round hotel, it's not going to blow you away but it looks good, in a great central location, food is good, and it's clean with great bars and food options.

Nice cosy place. It's situated off Adeola Odeku in Victoria Island. It has a cool sit out by the pool.

In terms of stay and food, the hotel is great. The rooms are varied. Though you would not get a great view but has a good amount of amenities. The staff is friendly but I believe the prices are a bit overpriced. Has a swimming pool and a nice pool area to hangout.

Nice pool place sit out and bar for evenings. A couple of rooms with balcony were nice for fresh air. My rating is for the bad part, water in bathroom is muddy and not good despite multiple complaints.

Very Beautiful hotel at awesome location for business meeting as well as for tourists. Rooms are well finished. Restaurant — Indian dinning, Italian, Lebanese, and Bar. Swimming pool with siting arrangements for enjoyment.

It looks like a heritage buildings from outside but interiors are impressive. Good place to chose for lunch/dinner. Indian, Thai and continental dishes are available. Be at pool side or inside the restaurant you will feel comfortable until unless you are too demanding. Indian chef seems bit arrogant as he never comes out to assist you to find right menue or spacial dishes. Other staff are good and cooperative. On an average good place stay and dine if you are on short trip to Lagos. Not ideal for tourist with familes.

I have always enjoyed italian good here. I have not used any other services being provided. Italian food lovers will enjoy.

La Veranda restaurant! Food was great! The staff are polite and knowledgeable aboutbthier food. Ambience is great and clientele awesome Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the need to pay with multiple POS for different things. Apparently cocktails and the food are from different restaurants Still great food.

The Purple Restaurant… What?!?! Nothing but the hotel's dining room. Breakfast buffet was poor, would go somewhere else for breakfast even if I stayed at the hotel. Very limited options. Not well organized. Only bright spot was the waiter who tried to make it seem better than it was. Enthusiastic and helpful but… nah, never again.

One of the best places to eat in VI. The Italian food is by far the best in here. Must try. Atmosphere is great around the pool area for drinks and an evening with friends or loved one. Dont take kids if you can avoid it.

I had dinner at the restaurant there, it’s called Purple. The parking space isn’t a lot, so if it’s busy you may find it difficult to park. Nice ambiance and good service. The drink orders came out in good time. The food was amazing, loved it. I would totally recommend it, especially if you want to try out Indian or Thai food.

A good place for lodging and for small partying. Strategically located in the heart of VI whereby you have quick access to all parts of VI. A shopping center and hospital very close by.

Don't let the exterior discourage you. Getting a room here is very worth the money and it has nice views inside as well.

Probably a victim of its own success. Booked through Hotels. Ng 2 months in advance and to pay on arrival. Arrived at hotel at 1am on 23 November to be told there were no rooms but thankfully the front desk chap directed that I should be taken to Villa Angelia just across the road. This also happened to a group of about 6 travellers that arrived on the same flight as me. I was told to return later in the day to check in but on my return the rude and abrupt front desk lady told me they had no reservation for me and that I return to where I was lodged. I chose this hotel due to the excellent reviews it had on trip advisor but I am extremely disappointed by my experience. I wont return and will also ask anyone I know to stay clear. Advice to management — Ask that all bookings be paid in advance and rooms held so you can reduce the number of disgruntled customers making a scene in your lobby.

Have been hanging around this place for quite some time; good palette of food options.

My gf and I stayed for a week in Nov 2017 and it was great. Excellent, helpful staff, food was great, everything felt safe, excellent bed, super hot water, everything worked in our room. We will stay there again for sure. Prices are very fair. We booked using Expedia.

It has good customer service & located in an exclusive environment on Oju Olobun close in Victoria island, Lagos.

Hotel redeemed itself with the amazing service by it general staff. Room was damp, hot water didnt for 2 days and door card didnt work resulting in me having to use the only other key to the ropm. This meant while I had the key, no one else could get in to service the room.

I had the worst experience ever. I booked my room 4-days earlier and reservation was confirmed via e-mail. However on arrival at the hotel, they didn't seem ready for me and I was told to wait for my room to be fixed. Let's just say I waited over an hour, I was not even offered a glass of water for someone that had just made a long trip. Needless to say I would never recommend the hotel to anybody. Even while leaving, no efforts were made to apologize. Absolutely unbelievable for a service provider. So after my experience on 25/09/2017, the management of this hotel took measures that are most commendable to erase my bad experience and I must say I was duly impressed. It shows that they do value their customers and would go any length to keep them. So this is me saying thank you to the Blowfish for turning a bad experience to a most memorable one. And I must confess that the meals at the Purple restaurant is exquisite. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you Martina.

Not worth the price. Squeeking bed, smoke detector with flashing red lights in the room. Made it difficult to relax in the room. The food was ok. The staff were ok too but for the price I would expect a good bed at least.

The restaurants menu is largely Indian and Thai so I was really skeptical to try out food that I'd never had before, however the chef must have done some magic because I really couldn't stop eating. Super tasty meal. There's also a perfect outdoor setting for an evening out, however you might need to wear protective clothing, mosquitoes kept biting my feet (might have been because I was close to some trees).

Great location. Small hotel with a nice athmosphere, excellent Italian and Thaï Food, and great pool area. Rooms are well maintained and pleasant.

Its a cool place to be and well affordable in the very heart of Victoria Island. They have standard swimming pool and pool bar with both local and intercontinental menu.

I have visited the "Purple" restaurant in The Blowfish Hotel. It has a big variety of different kinds of meals and the service is good. The place is relaxing and the food is good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel as I was welcomed warmly at the gate and was escorted to the parking lot by the security to ensure my car was well parked. On getting into the hotel, I was received by a very caring reception. The room was very convenient and spacious. I had great meals and not so expensive, it was very garnished.

You can have a good time in the swimming pool just taking a good beer.

The staff are friendly and I could get a free Wi-Fi access when dining at the Italian restaurant. Well done!
