Sinclair Ilorin Hotel

Decent Boutique hotel. Prices are reasonable. Hotel is located in a serene environment. There is spa and unisex salon here.

The service was okay rooms come with a complementary breakfast and their facilities work. The environment is also serene.

Not a bad place, if you are looking for a relatively safe and affordable place to stay. EFCC is close by so heavy security presence is available. Also a number of alternative eateries around if you don't want hotel food.

Serenity and security is first class. Located in the serene settlement of G. R A, Ilorin, this reserved area attracts a top notch modern security. All at sinclair hotel, ilorin, kwara state.

Sinclair is at the opposite of EFCC street. They have beautiful and affordable rooms and their service is excellent.

Value for price, on a scale of 10, they score 8. Centrally located, clean, functional rooms, facilities in working conditions, ➕ a bar you'd like visit. Asides the empty pool, what's not to like?

Sinclair hotel is among best hotel that has good facilities you needed to enjoy yourself with family, friends, colleagues, business partners, even for events, seminary and conference. More to that 24/7 electricity power supply, good water supply also delicious & palatable Delicacy and drinks is there too, finally there staffs are competent and good environment secured with security.

Good and calm place to stay with all amenities.
Nice and new property.
Rooms are small but very fine.
Some rooms needs maintenance but overall its a good experience and will keep staying there.
They have experienced chef and can cook very good food.
But they should really work on the breakfast.
Breakfast is not at all good and no options available.

It's very close to the airport although at the other side of town. It has 2 conference rooms / halls which are used for weddings. It's always busy during the weekends especially on Saturdays. Rooms are spacious but the breakfast is nothing to write home about. Overall, the hotel is good, quiet & convenient. Parking is good, its close to a major road so easy to locate. It's way too pricey for the location. Taxing here is expensive. Maybe its because they could tell I'm not a local.

From the reception to the restaurant and other support services, the staff stretch to please. Their best efforts may sometimes be a tad unsophisticated, but they will ensure you’re comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, and contains a little more than the basics. It would have been nice if my room door was completely sealed when closed — I noticed some small space caused by a slight misalignment of the door with the hinges. This notwithstanding, I had a nice time here.
