Cacid Hotels

The experience was very bad. Why will w hotel have a club or bar at the roof top that plays music throughout the night. & I one can’t sleep because the music is not just loud but shaking the person’s room. The services are very bad. This is the worst place one can stay… it’s not worth it at all. Also when power goes off music continues playing but no backup is power for guest room. They don’t care about the guests. Room toilet is also back. Everything here is literally bad.

If you love clubs and the fast life in Kano. Then yes. But if you're like me and just want a luxury place to stay solo, then not quite your thing.

For me this place is giving in all aspects, love it 100% although I did not stay on the side of the club which can be noisy.

The hotel is nice. The staff are nice and they offer amazing services. I really enjoyed my weekend. I would visit the same hotel again!

Thier reception is bad honestly. We stayed for 4 days because we are guest in the state and we don’t know anywhere and we wanted somewhere not too far from the airport, but thier reception is bad, they aren’t customer friendly, the workers keeps strong faces everytime. The first picture is the room full of cobwebs, second is the bad food.

Good place, but the cleaners move your stuff without informing you🤔🤔🤔?
The lift is faulty, so you tire yourself climbing the stairs.

Everything was very fine but their bouncers don't have respect to the customers.

The noise in this place is much, music starts playing at 9:00am. Toilets need to be renovated. Staff are very nice and made my stay very comfortable but that 9am to 12am music is a NO!

I love their room setting, there chef is on point with high vibe at their lounge but noise from the music actually disturbed my sleep.

My stay? Let’s just say… memorable, in the way food poisoning is memorable.
The place tries so hard to look fancy it’s practically screaming “Look at me, I’m classy! ” which is fine, if you don’t mind your “class” being mostly for Instagram. I can survive a cheap hotel with terrible amenities, but when you’re charging expensive-hotel prices, I expect more than good lighting and fake smiles.
First night, I got stuck with their “protocol room” for ₦70, 000, the only one left. It had a nice wood finish and a massive TV I genuinely loved, but soon enough the glamour started peeling. Literally. The bath clogged so badly that by the end of my shower, my feet were submerged. Meanwhile, the neighbouring lounge blasted music so loud it felt like the DJ was in my bed. I shut the windows, stuffed my ears, nothing. The party finally died past 2 a. M. But by then I was already contemplating the meaning of life.
Next day, I downgraded to a quieter ₦40, 000 room. Better, no rave outside my window, but the same “beautiful on the outside, broken on the inside” theme continued. No heater. Same wood finish, same fake luxury. They have cups for tea, but clearly no intention of anyone ever drinking from them, unless you enjoy sipping from what looks like a relic of the pre-COVID era. They have a hanger… but no pole. Performance art, maybe? Towels were by request only, as if part of a secret club.

Cacid hotel in Kano has a simple and nice decoration, with good customer service (in terms of reception and the well dressed security staff) but placing breakfast order in the kitchen took at least 2 hours to get, and when it eventually came, they brought what I didn’t order.
Lastly, the music noise from the club was so uncomfortable.
The hotel service will be better if they can improve their kitchen service and use soundproof window glasses.

Are you looking for a place to give you the lounge and club vibes. Cacid got you covered, a gym space to burn and build your strength and muscle and to stay fit… I haven't really checked their rooms but the place is heavenly enjoy.

Cacid on the surface seems like a nice place on the surface but terrible. It was as if the music from the bar was been played in my room. It was a very long sleepless night. The electric water kettle was dirty, hair on the bedsheets. Tiny roaches. Can't even turn the door knob to lock from behind. Had to wedge the door with a chair.

There's something attractive about this hotel. I think it is the body art and the ruined shoe cleaner at the reception. Or the uniforms of the bellhop that they desperately want you to notice or the intensely narrow corridors, the wood-panelled walls opposite the beds in the rooms.
How is it even Cacid and not Cacida?

For me I Give It 100 because I love the serene environment and it's clean, a very beautiful and unique place to be called HOME FAR FROM HOME. From the outrageous services from the receptionist, to the the uniqueness of the rooms, to how the chefs in the kitchen prepare their dishes with love. I must say their dishes giving (tasty and nutrition). To the top notched services for the garden bar, the body and mind relaxing swimming pool. Before I pen down I would like to give there management and staffs kudos n I encourage them to keep good work.

I recently stayed at Cacid Hotel and was thoroughly impressed.
The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff, especially the receptionist. My immaculate, spacious room had a stunning view and luxurious amenities. Dining options were superb, with delicious, diverse meals and prompt room service. The hotel's amenities were excellent. Conveniently located near shops and attractions, Cacid Hotel provided an exceptional stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cacid Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch.
One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The menu featured a delicious variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of options to suit all tastes.
Overall, my experience at Cacid Hotel was exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.
