Twenty Hotel

For a good location in Ungwan Rimi, the hotel is a mess. I booked a room via Expedia. Com, but on arriving the property, they didn't allow me access to check in. They kept bugging my intercom and hitting on my door that they have not received payment. If you have not received payment, are you not meant to contact Expedia to know what happened? Instead, they made me bear the loss. I had to cancel my fully paid reservation, and there was no refund, zero refund. I didn't stay in the room, and my funds were not reversed. I had to contact Expedia, who were the ones trying to reach them. Their online displayed phone numbers were either switched off or not reachable, their website epileptic and not functional. The management is poorly coordinated. I had to leave. Instead of helping solve my plight, they were trying to sell another room to me, making frantic effort to milk money out of me. It is very unprofessional and unethical and has no empathy.
If you take this hotel, make sure you prepare for such kind of things. Have a backup plan, like having another reservation in another hotel elsewhere, because Twenty Hotel will always have a clause. As for me, anything that has Twenty in it, I have developed a phobia for it. Watch it, you guys, that are twenty years and above…
I would have given you a zero star, just that there is no zero star. Please manage this 1 star. It will help you brace up. Now look at it: Is this review worth that 18 USD I paid on Expedia?

So I booked for this hotel on Expedia. Com and paid in full. On arriving the property I was denied checking in because, they had not received the payment in their account. They also claimed they don't receive payment through any means except via hotel. Com. Meanwhile their hotel name is all over the hotel booking apps I saw on their Google map wall. This is disgusting that in this age and time, they have a broken website, Expedia attempted reaching them to know what was up so that I could at least get a refund, all their lines were switched off and not reachable. Maybe it was a set up, I quickly booked a bolt ride and left the premises, with my head bowed in total embarrassment. Do business with them at your own peril. They are more interested in your money than rendering a service. Unfortunately, any hotel name that has 'twenty' in it, is out of my list, even if I find it in Space… its a no no. I would have given you zero star, but just that there is no zero star. So manage this 1 star.

Once the national grid power is off no generator, no water. Plenty mosquitoes cables service (Dstv) zero, bad air conditioners with water dripping in the room.

Good location a serene environment with good landscape but there are mosquitoes in the room and bathroom flies in the bathroom.

I would give this overrated hotel 2 stars. The 2 stars are for the serenity of the environment and the room itself excluding the toilet. At least you're guaranteed of a quiet nights sleep. I stayed in the room & parlour suite for 49k and did not get value for money.
What I did not like;
1. The shower fittings in the toilet are old and look dirty, besides the water was not rushing.
2. The WC does not have a seat cover.
3. The Split AC in the parlour could be loud when the power current is low.
4. They claim they offer Wi-Fi & complimentary breakfast but no one offers or mentions anything.
5. And to cap it all, the following day when I decided to checkout, they did not have running water. I requested water in a bucket to have my bath, but after an hour +, no water was brought. I had to check out without having my bath. Terrible service.
What a waste of 49k.

Avoid this hotel if you need good services. Good location but bad services, no water in the morning they brought cold water in a bucket and left.
I regret my stay.

The Ac in this place omoh! Its quite a conservative hotel and all the staff are so well mannered and friendly. If you want somewhere quite and away from the noise of the city then this is the place. Once you get to smart kids, it's just down the road. Drive to the end of the close and you'd see it. Unfortunately no pictures as my phone was low but I'd be back.

This hotel atmosphere is good.
Food is only on demand and not much varieties.
No entertainment.

The hotel is nice but I won’t recommend anyone to go to 20 hotel because they are very rude especially the female receptionist, their breakfast is all lies, they will just be telling you stories up and down.

I had their chips and egg. Love the serene ambience. Great for a mini getaway.

I found it very difficult to understand how is this hotel so amazing kind of comfort and naturally soothing am sure this hotel was built on a blessed land and location😇😇
