Reviews of Twenty Hotel
Good location a serene environment with good landscape but there are mosquitoes in the room and bathroom flies in the bathroom.
I would give this overrated hotel 2 stars. The 2 stars are for the serenity of the environment and the room itself excluding the toilet. At least you're guaranteed of a quiet nights sleep. I stayed in the room & parlour suite for 49k and did not get value for money.
What I did not like;
1. The shower fittings in the toilet are old and look dirty, besides the water was not rushing.
2. The WC does not have a seat cover.
3. The Split AC in the parlour could be loud when the power current is low.
4. They claim they offer Wi-Fi & complimentary breakfast but no one offers or mentions anything.
5. And to cap it all, the following day when I decided to checkout, they did not have running water. I requested water in a bucket to have my bath, but after an hour +, no water was brought. I had to check out without having my bath. Terrible service.
What a waste of 49k.
