Good spacious rooms with functioning ACs, TVs and Fridge. Good water flow, Great room service, and rapid back up generator response. Spacious conference center with full blast AC and good security. Some of the staff are less than accommodating though, Saucy is the word. Avoid them altogether if you can, and enjoy your stay.
Good customer service, room and decent restroom. Had a bit of old structure feeling. Their restuarant is okay with not so expensive meal selection. There's a club house in the compound for those that want to party late night. Overall it was a decent experience.

Very poor customer service right from check in. Unfriendly and borderline hostile.
There was no towel in my room, when I went to lodge a complaint, they gave me the towel in my hand. The intercom in the room was not working, they had this 1960s television, the water heater had been removed, weather was cold and I still had to bathe with cold water.
Please for your comfort avoid this hotel.
