I had the pleasure of visiting this place a few months ago. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and the drinks were top notch.

Excellent food quality. Overall service was good and location was also very good. Nightlife within hotel premises was excellent.

Didn't really stay or lodged but it's a wonderful area.

So my colleagues and myself were there for 3 weeks and one thing I noticed was the fact that they were nice and welcoming.

Looking for an affordable hotel in a serene environment, yet not far away from the city centre, then Silverland hotel is great option.

They have good Wi-Fi, their water really flows with good pressure. They are really close to the Swedish embassy. Just 10 minutes walk.
Their receptionists are supper nice.

My room was great, the outdoor areas wasn't too impressive. Service wasn't too bad either.

It's located in the Central Business District of Abuja.
Cool location for easy access to any part of Abuja, ministries and head of service.

Staff are really welcoming and ready to serve. The front desk lady (Chioma) and the dark guy I met at the reception deserve an award for hospitality. Hoyel is well maintained and quiet too.

Perfect for a rest and calm environment. AC had to wait for light but Fan are doing a great job. Great visit.

Kifina is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet environment, but as of the time we were there, the roads around it were under construction. It has well furnished rooms.

They should make sure their bolt behind the doors are working well, the guest needs that as added security.

My stay at Austra residence was really memorable. From the courteous customer service of the staffs to the tight security and the serene environment … Not to talk about the food.

We enjoyed our every stay. Clean, easily accessible and workers very friendly. Should think of installing a lift asap.
