I’ve been there several times, and the pool has been dirty. Refuse and stagnant water in the surrounding area contribute to mosquitoes, especially at night around the poolside. It’s encouraging to see a change in management and that some renovations have commenced; hopefully, there will be significant improvement going forward.
Average experience. Currently undergoing mild repainting and elevator repair. I wanted my complimentary served the room or pool side but the insisted it be at the restaurant.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Westpoint Hotel.
In March 2025, we lodged 3 guest at this hotel, but the room conditions were unacceptable. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and there was visible fungus growth around the bed area. Due to hygiene concerns, our guests could not complete the number of days we paid for and could not comfortably use services such as breakfast.
We formally requested a refund for the unused days. It has now been almost a year, and despite multiple follow-ups and written requests, the refund has not been processed. We were informed at some point that there were internal financial issues, but this does not justify withholding a customer’s refund for this length of time.
I hope management takes this review seriously and resolves this matter promptly.
