A nice place to spend quality time.

The cantina restaurant is a sister restaurant to the Sinclair guest house. The restaurant has quite a robust menu and nice exotic drinks. The staff were courteous and very helpful. I can say the cantina has one of the best burgers in town. The decor is quaint and I can’t wait to be back. There is adequate parking; cash and card transactions are accepted.

Went there with a friend for a meeting, the restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambience, although there was a delay in our order, but it was worth the wait, very amazing food! and the manager made up for that by giving us a drink on the house, she was very courteous and amazing too. Great service generally, will definitely be there again.

This has to be a great relieve as compare to where I stayed before this! (Ps, it was Immaculate which I gave 1 Star! ) This on the other hand, is nicely deco, good service staff, secure area, comfortable place to stay, and a good restaurant beside it! I want to give thanks to counter staff, Emmanuel who has been very accommodating, patiently showed us around, and take care of our needs! Thumbs up! I will recommend and stay here again if I come here!

I had to give him only one star，honestly speaking，the food there in Sinclair is good，however，the safety there is horrible，last week a waiter came to my room without asking permission when it was afternoon. The cleaning job had already been done in the morning, so I wonder what drove the hotel's employee to come to my room. After I checked my bag, I found the money was missing already. So I reported to the hotel's boss, an old man who is a Lebanon with his son also. He said he stands up for the customers, however, he did nothing. When I was about to report to the policemen, he begged me to keep it silent and seemed to be very scared for being heard by the people. He said he would suspend that employee and investigate. But the next day when I came to the hotel again, I found that thief was still working there. I felt so upset for the hotel and just left there and reported to the police, now the police is investigating. So just be careful that the boss allows thier staff to enter into customers' rooms to do something that is not related to the service to the customer. I wonder whether the boss encourages the employees to do like that, so they share the money together.

Y'all should try out the new restaurant here tho. It's called Cantina. The food & ambiance is trés trés bièn! Lol.

Great budget accommodations. Highly recommended. Pros — *The staff was polite and professional. I was always greeted with a smile and the ambiance was quite warm. Staff was always willing to help. *Check-in and check-out went smoothly. *The rooms are very clean and tidy. *Everything within the room functions. *The hotel facility is modern and polished. *Security guard. Cons — *The complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The choice of items are quite limited. *It was not easy to connect to Wi-Fi. With the help of the staff, I was able to eventually connect to Wi-Fi on my computer. I was unable to connect to my phone. It could be how my devices are configured.

So the winning feature is definitely the restaurant. It has really nice food (the complimentary breakfast not so much) the rooms are pretty decent the showers are crazy small though, kinda claustrophobic. Biggest issue was the water though. They have these dodge heaters so the water temperature fluctuates which is super annoying mid shower the water goes cold. The staff is nice n courteous. Also must mention their ironing service is scraps just do it yourself you will thank me later.

I rate them a 4.5… Good facilities/good bed. Very responsive ground staff and nice familial feel & management. There were a few issues with service and my room and every complaint was speedily attended to. I even got a discount on my 2nd night to make up for an issue I had. I recommend this place. It's also in a great location.

Sinclair is a cute and quiet guesthouse nestled in the Maitama District of Abuja. It has a lovely lobby, with graffiti on the walls and beautiful painting and decor. There is a range of rooms that are comfortable and furnished with your basic furniture. There are small refrigerators in the rooms and there is Wi-Fi. An In-house cafe is available as well.

Rooms are clean, no serious check in procedures, no restaurant but the hotel has afilated restaurants that deliver meal in 30 to 45mins. Your booking comes with complementary breakfast, but, the standard room rate need to be cheaper than the current rate. Great service and well trained staff.

Friendly staff, well maintained, owners manage with pride, more than I was expecting, one of the few places in Abuja you can get a decent expresso! Definitely recommend it for business travel!
