Plush Hotel

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Central location. There is free on site parking, and breakfast can be delivered to your room at no extra cost.

Quite modern and comfortable. I look forward to staying there when I'm in Abuja.

Customer service needs a lot of work here, they don’t promptly replenish towels when they clean in the morning you have to chase severally.
Also, complimentary breakfast is only for one person when you book for two…breakfast options in the complimentary breakfast are super limited. They wanted to charge for a satchet of peak milk after spending hundreds of thousands for a deluxe room!
Staff are not flexible or proactive and rather slow tbh.
Overall the rooms and location was decent enough but customer service and ambience really needs a LOT of work.

I enjoyed every second of my stay… It's highly recommended. I don't usually leave a review but I had to. I took the single standard room and it was amazing… Lots of love.

The room was clean, friendly staff and you get value for your money.
Mary from the front desk has a beautiful smile.

I’d say a big thank you to JOAN for the wonderful customer service she provided me all through my stay.
She had a great smile and I’d suggest when you visit ask of JOAN she’d definitely make it worthwhile.

Sincerely this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever been to, calm environment, customer service 100, Internet service 100, clean rooms. I will definitely come back again.

I didnt enjoy my stay. There were flying insectsand mosquitoes, there are issues with inconsistent internet, irregular hot water, and worn-out towels. There were inconsistent water supply. The breakfast meal was not interesting but very boring. The towels are really in a bad shape. They.

At the start of my stay, the lady at the front desk had really poor customer service. The other staff members were decent in terms of service. The hotel is alright, set in a peaceful neighborhood. However, there are issues with inconsistent internet, irregular hot water, and worn-out towels. If these aspects are upgraded, your stay at this place would undoubtedly be fantastic.

Very nice and serene environment, good customer service, top notch food, I really enjoyed the jollof rice, coslow and peppered chicken, well spiced with minimum ingredients not much like other hotels, however you should mind how much you spice your food with garlic cause my friends complained till we left the place, they said my mouth smells of garlic. Very cozy rooms, home away from home I must say.

This place is not worth the price, very very very sub standard hotel with dirty bed covers and towels. Water was not rushing and when I complained one of the staff brought bathing water for me in a bucket and asked me to manage. I do not recommend this place!

I had an amazing time here, it’s in a very quiet place and have very nice interior. I totally recommend this to someone looking for peace and quiet private hotel. I forgot to add, they have an amazing food selection specially the jollof, you should try it.

Spotless and quiet… a discrete oasis in Abuja.
I stayed for two months… my room was always spotless. The beds are large and comfy. The sheets crisp. The pillows soft. What more do you want. There's Wi-Fi and multiple channels in including netflix. The bathrooms are pristine and water copious and hot as needed. But above all the staff are wonderful kind genuine and caring. The security is first rate. To be honest the menus is limited… but the special fried rice is always piping hot and tasty. If I had one suggestion it is to improve the quality of the breakfast offering. The toast and eggs are usually cold. But this is a developing country with many limitations so to get as much as one gets here is already a blessing… Nigeria is a country with many challenges. But to find a place like this tells you what is possible… may the gods of good fortune shine down on this hotel and all who work in it… exemplary.
