It's a pretty good hotel, however, there are some rooms where the bathroom is leaking and other rooms sometimes have no water. The staff are however friendly. The pool are is a little small. But overall, it's a serene environment.

Lapour it’s quite place, good and well receptive staffs that can go an extra mile to assist.
Their rooms are good and affordable but.
The management should look into fixing.
1. Bathroom floor-waste need to be fixed in room 205 and 305 …. I had to swap room twice during my 4days stay as my bathrooms keep flooding during shower.
2. Bath tops with scratches in and out and with glue messed around the ages of the bath-top doesn’t look great when having ur shower. Need to be fixed professionally.
3. Bathroom tiles were fixed unprofessionally with glue or sealant messed around the toilet seat and the bathroom walls. The sight of it was scary especially when having shower.
Outside the above mentioned, you guys are good.

Lovely atmosphere with superb security.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel, couldn't use the Wi-Fi, laundry responded late and also delivered late. The day I wanted to use the pool, I couldn't because it wasn't treated yet. The water heater in my bathroom wasn't working. It's a nice hotel but I didn't particularly have a splendid experience.

The hotel is calling for some major maintenance, though outlook is nice. Front desk staff was welcoming. Sheets were old and needed new ones. The bathroom wasn't so clean but fair. Had warm bath though taps were slow. The AC was working perfectly that I needed to turn it off.
Over all, I really feel I didn't get worth for my money. My room wasn't cleaned until I returned in the evening despite telling them to do so before I left.
Though I wouldnt discourage anyone who would want to stay here but I wouldn't stay here next time. I did not get the luxury I hoped to get.
I didn't get the opportunity to visit the pool, coffee shop, or restaurant so can't comment on those.

I didn't get the opportunity to stay here because it was fully booked. It was a comfortable choice for me though. Close to my meeting venue and deemed to be safe enough. Staff were welcoming and kept apologizing for the fact that I didn't get a place. Nice job guys. More success.
