Reasonably priced basic rooms. In my opinion the bathrooms could use renovation and the rooms are a little too dark. The beds are comfortable. The staff members are polite and attentive. The laundry service is great. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the wait staff is very attentive and pleasant. Several items listed on the menu weren’t available for days and this is slightly annoying. The restaurant/club adjacent to the hotel is awesome for lounging and enjoying quick bites and drinks.

I'll probably give it a 100% for hygiene, 100% for pricing, 100% for reception, 90% for food (though a little pricey) 100% for bar services, 100% for concierge services, 100% for electricity supply, 100% for comfort, 99% for security 99% for accessibility There are air conditioners in the rooms that come on even when the generating set is on. There have working intercoms, A working elevator, Safes in the rooms, Cable TV with about 4 channels i. E sport, news, movie and music. Have electronic card controlled doors POS is available. Gym available Complimentary breakfast Buffet between 7am to 10am.

Grand Cubana is a serene hotel with exquisite and tastefully furnished rooms. It is a go-to place if you want to enjoy a home away from home. The warm hospitality from the staff makes you feel welcomed.

It's one of the best hotel I bet you wouldn't want to miss everything you need is in the premises.

There's not alot to take in as per scenery, it's in a good neighbourhood but adjourns a major road which may sometimes be noisy depending on the time of the day as traffic builds up, there's also a fuel station nearby for those (overly) conscious about personal safety and good for those with an obsessive compulsion to always refuel. There's a shopping mall with a cinema not to faraway that sits on the bank of a lake. The hotel itself is pretty decent with good facilities.

The service from your very first moment to the last is optimal.

I am based in Canada but tge service is world class from the front desk to the house keepers & the management are amazing. My warm regards to the hotel manager I have never met you but you are such an amazing person. I will visit Grand Cubana next time I am in Nigeria.

Located at Jabi in one of its most quiet streets. Has a nearby gas station that has a mosque for Muslims who wants to pray. The area is 100% secured. The hotel has good parking spaces, with bars and easy access to entrances. There is approximately 99.5% power availability.

Decent swimming pool, neat bathrooms but safety needed along the stairway, spacious parking lot, great bar space and rooftop lounge… drinks are exprnsive though.

The noise is the main issue I had here: all the floor are in Granit, and you can hear any person steps or wispers in the very long hallway. There is also the noise of the traffic outside to get used to. I also regret that the breakfast was not at the right level: you need to prepare your own instant coffee, no butter, no milk, … Also: hot water not really hot, no bottles of water given… Staff did what they could, nothing to complain about them.

I stayed for one night and found this hotel very bad. The rooms were so noisy that I could not sleep and the most pathetic thing was their breakfast. Even there was no bread in the breakfast.

Good but they need to do better with reservations. Had to wait for hours even though I sent my reservation hours ahead.

Very cozy environment and has a good night life sit-out, swimming pool and good for birthday.

Rooms are nice. Reception area is quite tight. Customer service could be improved.

Good marks for security, facilities and food. Effluents breathes back into my bathroom, but with the bathroom window open it wasn't a big problem and it didn't get into the room proper. All together a great experience.

Cubana hotel is one of the best hotel I heard of. The come to our shop to buy things in utako ultra modern market. They are just the best among other hotel. The things the buy shows is not a small hotel.
