Rivas Hotels with a Pool

Beautiful architecture. Well maintained hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. AC worked well. King bed was very comfortable.

A very good place to stay in Rivas. Actually, it has been the best hotel we stayed in Nicaragua. Historical decor, spacious, clean, functional room, tasty breakfast and town-centre location.

This spot is a hidden gem in Ometepe! It’s got a varierty of rooms for different accommodations and the private rooms are each equipped with bathrooms that are nice and clean.

Good hostel-resort. Rooms large and comfortable. Nice pool and areas for relaxing with lots of chairs and hammocks. Staff were helpful in organising trips and transport.

The location was fabulous. We had a fantastic view at the lake. The location is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The diner and breakfast were very delicious.

Had a great stay at Xalli. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Carlos who really went above and beyond to make sure our time there was comfortable.

This place had the best tour, great value and arguably the best coffee I've ever had. Highlight of my trip to ometepe.

The complex is quaintly Nicaraguan. A large house with a huge veranda where you can sit and look out into the colorful garden. View of the Concepcion volcano. The restaurant offers good food.

I really enjoyed this museum (and I'm not a big museum guy). The pottery collection was impressive and is well worth the visit.

MUSEUM UPDATED PRICES AND REVIEW: As of June 2025 it is now $10/person for both the pottery and currency collections or $7/person for only pottery.

This is my second time staying there, and it's even better than the first time. The food is great. A little bit on the pricier side, but yeah, it's great food.

This hotel is in an outstanding location on the island, it is truly exotic. There are lush gardens with a wide range of birds and steps down to a dark sandy beach.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was all just perfect. Great Wi-Fi made a big difference to my satisfaction. Great food. Amazing value. And staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful.

A truly magical place! With spacious rooms, super friendly staff and very cute cats. The location gives you a fantastic view of the lake and near by volcano. I could not recommend Omaja Hotel enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Omaja in Ometepe. The customer service was excellent — the staff was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Had to pay extra $30 USD for AC. Staff was accommodating liked being able to buy drinks there. Pool was nice.

Overall the stay is good. Staff is sweet, place is nice and relaxing with a pool and places to relax. A little walk to things but they have motos for rent on property.

Very nice and quiet place on an incredibly beautiful island. Located within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, tours. There is a swimming pool. Large parking lot.

No joke this place is heaven. Such big, open and peaceful grounds with a view from the volcano from every room. Staff are so friendly, the dogs on site are adorable and the food is really good.

Sometimes you arrive at a place where everything is just right. Great hosts, delicious food, comfortable cabins, amazing views and nice dogs and cats.

Raindance is a nice hostel with a good atmosphere and nice food!

The vegan Morgan's curry (c$210) was justified ✅✅✅, good quality and filling. Drinks good too.
