The most perfect place to stay in Matagalpa! Just one block the Cathedral, groceries, café, restaurants, and more! The staff are extremely helpful and are always there when you need them! Great roof view, especially during the big rainstorms!

I stayed at casa brenes for 4 months and I have to say I would Recomended it to anybody. Loved it there Rooms and hallways are impecable very neat super clean. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The kitchen is always open for us to use when ever we need to cook. Only minutes away from the Calle central and supermarkets. The owners are very sweet and attentive definitely coming back to stay soon!

We stayed at Casa Brenes for more than one month. The place is centraly located, walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. The room is kept clean and everyone working at the house went out of their way to answer our questions and accomodate us. The place was very clean and quiet. The kitchen is spacious and altough most people were cooking it never felt crowded. There is a comon area with 2 tables which was great to eat and work as there was always room. It felt like being at home. All that very reasonably priced.
