I loved the food 😋 the barbecue was excellent and the Volcano Seltzer the best and most refreshing cocktail I've ever had. Recommended to remove heat. Their staff was very friendly and attentive as well. 10/10 in everything.

It is the worst hotel you can choose to stay or do some activity, without maintenance to its facilities, mostly to the terrace, is very deteriorated, staff with poor attention, unethical and unsy friendly, have no interest or importance to the well-being and needs of the guest and diners.

I attended an informal meeting, the attention of the waiters was excellent. The hotel manager is splendid. The food was exquisite, as were desserts and coffee. The restaurant is separated from the terrace because it has air conditioning and the terrace, obviously not because it is open. I absolutely recommend it. I did not stay, so I can't comment on aspects of accommodation.

Luxury Bell Hotel! Very nice staff.

Hotel is well kept. Room are nice and have great views of the lake and bolivar avenue. The convention center is very good option for big meetings and big parties. A lot of parking spaces for guests.

I've stayed here 4 times within the past year and I really enjoy my stay. It seems to be centrally located, I can walk down to the lake and festivities… also a short car ride to the clubs. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is an added bonus. The beds are firm but comfortable. The restrooms are a little dated, but other than that I always enjoy my stay!

The former Intercontinental hotel, now Crowne Plaza, is a historic site that survived the earthquake of 1972, with a peculiar architecture that has not undergone major transformations, is complemented with a mall and convention center. The convention centre is ideal for massive events in the commercial is popular for having shops low-cost.

They are the BEST HOTEL EVER! I was even a guest and treated me with great respect, the top floor has a penthouse lounge with amazing panoramic views of the city and Chiltepe peninsula.

Upscale hotel in the heart of old Managua. Very friendly staff and modern amenities. East to reach historic sites nearby. Has a nice pool and serves great food and also often used as venue for group or company events.

One of the best convention centers of Managua. The rooms are very well equipped to carry out social events, executives, or business. The staff provides a very good customer service from the first contact, until the end of the event.

Well located hotel, decent rooms. I was there for a week in March and almost only one by the poolside. Club lounge closed (supposedly being renovated but that was not the case) and offered some alternative arrangements in the bar. Great breakfast options, including local special fares, but the staff — while eager to get some tips, the same staff members and in quite empty hotel could not remember my hot drink preference while staying that long… was a bit dissapointing.

Good value for price. Gym is outdated. Pool could be cleaner.

Great hotel in a safe area. Right next to it is the Sandino Hill with a fantastic view over Managua.
