The hotel was clean, beautiful, quaint, fresh fruit, great breakfast, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices.

It is a hotel co excellent presentation. The whole infrastructure is visually pleasing. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The staff they serve is very fine and friendly. The pool is super clean and well maintained.

Awesome! The venue is gorgeous having been recently renovated. It's well maintained and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

Worse to no service at the bar. As early as 1539 p. M. There was no coffee left. Very unkind bartender. Breakfast minimalist and tastefully bland and desolate.

A nice hotel. Well managed, friendly, accommodating service. The location is close to but not in the middle of the high traffic areas. The room itself was spacious and quiet and comfortable. The shower area was large with hot water. Lovely common area and pool area.

Have stayed at Patio Malinche several times and love it! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, lovely pool and very clean. Well situated, close to the action but just set off enough to be peaceful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Granada.

Patio del Maliche is my home-away in Granada. I have been here several times and every time I return it is always as it best. Charm in every corner due to the people is behind scenes. Awesome team!   This time I have been motorbiking around the area and they provide me with all kind of support I needed. Contact them and you will experience a complete different Nicaragua.

What an atmospheric place the Malinche is! This was once a family home and is built in the Spanish colonial style of rooms round a garden courtyard, only this courtyard has a swimming pool in it, too, and it was delicious to have a cool swim in the little "jewel pool" on a hot day. Highly recommended.

I stayed at several hotels in Granada in 2013 and Patio del Maliche was my favorite. I returned last week with several friends and it still fantastic. Cute rooms with great air conditioning, very tasty breakfasts included, and a cool little pool with a bar for relaxing, plus a ton of charm. All my friends thought it was the best place we stayed at in Nicaragua. Speaking of which, their flight was cancelled and arrived a day late. This pushed the entire trip to the right by one day, but the Patio del Maliche accommodated our changed plans and I am very grateful for that. Nice hotel, nice pool, well situated. Good rooms with comfy beds and air con that works well (parking the eco guilt). As seems to so often be the case in Nicaragua the people hete are helpful and friendly.

The staff members are impeccable. I can't wait to go back! This is the best hotel I've ever been to in Central America.

The hotel is located in the Centre of Granada, where you will find great variety of restaurants and services. It is a hotel with great charm of a colonial architectural design. With a decoration very harmonious with the environment offers a great warmth and is breathes tranquillity.

Charming place and right in the center of town. The breakfast is great and staff makes you feel at home.

Comfortable, not luxurious. The rooms are Spartan, but clean. They have a/c and a small TV. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Little lizards on the wall are a bit disconcerting, but to be expected. Breakfast in the mornings on their comfortable patio, where there's lots of seating. The breakfast was probably the best we had at any of our several hotels — we had actual options, the fruit salad was impressive, and the fruit punch was fresh-squeezed and excellent. The patio is decently cool at night. There's a little pool in the courtyard, more for cooling off than swimming laps. There are two computers on the patio, and Wi-Fi that worked decently in the common areas, not so much our room.
