I had a very good experience here I would stay another day without a doubt, all very clean and tidy, the stay was a success👍🏻👍🏻

Hello, last day I was staying one night in this hostel, I can say that it is one of the worst experiences I have had regarding the toilet and hygienic measurements of the room, the room was extremely dirty, spider web everywhere, the floor was covered with dirt as if they had years without cleaning it, the room had a fan that was terrified of dust and lint and the beds, well, as if I were sleeping on the springs, the experience was so fatal that I had an allergic reaction all over my body by the sheets (which I tried to clean with alcohol when I arrive) I think they could raise the price a little more and provide better accommodation. Don't go to this place.

The hostel is very clean and the prevention measures against covid 19 follow a lot. Great price, and a very quiet and central neighborhood.

The extremely dirty bathroom, an unbearable smell, little water and only a shower is available for all people who book in a shared room, which means it is about a single bathroom for more than 30 people.

Great place, super comfortable, and the owners super-friendly, 100% recommended.

A hostel where you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts delicious.
It has a nice garden and the Wi-Fi is fast.
The hostel is close to the street the causeway and tourist sites.

Hostel 100% recommended! Very good vibes and excellent service. For breakfast, which includes the fare, you get several options. The house is beautiful and super cool. I would definitely stay again!

Great place and the people were so much fun to hang out with and were always around if I needed anything. They have a nice homey feel with a hostel dog and a living room w board games etc. The location is great because it's right by the national park and the hostel could faciliate any transportation to the local attractions! The breakfast every morning was the main reason I woke up before 9.

Really good hostel in Granada. English staff speaking and lots of advice regarding tours. Confy rooms and scrumptious breakfast (granola, fruit, burritos, cereals. Are among the things they offer throughout the week)

Okay, so I am wandering around looking for another hostel when I knocked on Stephanie's hostel. She assisted me tremendously. She called my hostel for me to find its exact address as I never got it, even after confirmation. As it turned out the other host double booked my room, taking someone paying cash, hence avoiding the Airb&b's commission. Dumb move. Stephanie was booked and didn't have room in her hostel, but she hooked me up to her Wi-Fi, let me use her phone to make and receive phone calls etc… I was able to book another hostel, after scouring Airb&b on a NYE holiday weekend. I was very lucky. So my original hostel will be fined and Airb&b gave me a coupon for the difference in the price of the hostel. Thank you Stephanie, you are in the perfect business for your personality! Thank you so much!

Little prison Small beds &breakfast in the centre of Granada. Not very attractive on the outside looks a little like a prison. Rooms spacious and clean with airco the only window is in the bathroom. Good breakfast, we could choose from 3 options. So price-quality is ok.

My girlfriend and I chose this location for our first few nights in Granada and we were both quite pleased with our experience. We opted for their airport pick-up service as we were landing in Managua later in the evening. The service was well organized and made our first ever arrival in Nicaragua worry-free one. On the way to Los Octavianos, our hosts gave us many great recomendations for our trip and even offered to stop at a local restaurant to grab a bite to eat.
Once settled in at Los Octavianos, my girlfriend and I were both impressed with the overwhelming charm and cleanliness of the establishment.
The included fresh cooked breakfast we received in the morning everyday was both delicious and filling.
As this was our first time in Granada, we really appreciated the insightful recommendations that the hosts had for us. Their recommendations led us to our favorite experiences and restaurants in and around the city.
One day in particular, our hosts were heading to Laguna de Apoyo and offered to bring us and the others guests along with them. It was a lovely day trip and showed a location we would not have seen otherwise.
We truly felt at home during our visit. The hostal had also had a locked gate at the entrance with a front desk attendant at all times to buzz you in. This added another level of security for anyone that may have concerns. However, my girlfriend and I both felt at ease and safe throughout our stay.

Best value accommodations in Granada. We rented a private room, with its own bathroom with shower, one a typical hotel room. They do also have triple and quad bedrooms available,. The location is easy to find, just off the main street and only a block from the lake. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Free Wi-Fi is included, also fresh breakfast each morning. We also arranged for them to pick us up at the Managua airport, and that was fantastic, convenient, and cheaper than a taxi. The owner is enthusiastic and very helpful, and the other guests we met were all very nice too. Overall this is a great value place to book a hotel room or a hostel room.

OMG the customer service for this place is so amazing… I don't have enough words for say my expirience… I was feeling like stay with my family… always at home… I recommend 100% the best place in Granada! The hotel is really convenient because it's right Granada. Everything is walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, and tour buses. Concierge was great. Everything was perfect.
