This Hotel is just a few minutes by walk from the central park away.
The rooms a very big. You’ve a separated bedroom anda fridge. Unfortunately there is no equipment in the kitchen (but is was anyway not described / offered in the room description. The place was clean, also the pool and the owner helped us when we had questions (like where and when leaves the buses).
Only bad thing was, that it was not possible to relax in the hotel because there were always half a dozen kids playing in and around the pool, everyday. (no idea if from the owners family or guests). Of course you're out of the hotel most of the time. But on day we stayed there (because of hangover) and it was not relaxed. Anyway they were well behaved and friendly but of course if they play it makes noise. During night it was quiet.
For us it was also a problem that there was no chance to keep a window open in the room (during day and night) because on the ground level apartments everybody could enter easily. So the air in the apps was always a bit stuffy. Luckily the A/C and fan was working fine.
The breakfast was good (some fruits, coffee, Gallo Pinto or PanCakes).
Staff was friendly but some of them looked a bit annoyed / bored.

Simply put, we had an amazing experience at this hotel! Not only was the manager extremely accommodating he went over and beyond to make sure we were all looked after. The place is clean and well kept and the pool under the night sky was outstanding. We will be returning and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the manager, his family and staff for making our stay a great one. Hands down one of the best hotels in Granada.

A very cozy place in the centre of Granada with a colonial style… The attention was excellent Don Jorge and other collaborators know how to treat the guests. Apart you can get Tours around the city at very good price and car rental…

Where shall I start I stayed at this hotel the 12-14 of august. The place was not clean at all. The ceilings are broken the towels dirty. The pool wasn't cleaned not even once ever since I got here. The pool water was from the rain! … when I asked for fresh towel in my second day here they question what happened to the towel I had in the room like I was supose to use a dirty towel again and when they handed me the new ones had stains (grouse) … breakfast managed by a mean lunch lady that ignores you when u ask for food and fix you a plate as she likes not what you want with a really tiny amount of food. Coffee cups are dirty!. The staff here not so great either, I met two people here one guy at the front he speaks a little English he was really helpful then they had a girl comes after him she never smile whenever you need her she walks away or start looking at her phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody ever. Even the location is far away with a really bad neighbourhood next door.

The service was great! Very, very affordable. We paid $42 per night for 3 people. One room (a bit dusty) had a mini fridge, microwave, TV, small table and chairs, a small couch, one single bed, the second room had a single bed and a queen bed, and a closet. The price included taxes, and breakfast, which included fruit, pancakes, scrabbled eggs or omelet, cheese, bread and jam, and coffee. The coffee was not good, considering Nicaragua has awesome coffee. The only "issue" was location. But again, what a great deal it was. I recommended it. Tips are optional, but definitely do it. 10% means a lot to the staff.

Very nice and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating and nice. It's just a little ways from the center but certainly within walking distance. Taxi's are very cheap though.

Very nice! Great vibe for travellers. Swimming pool, bar with well priced beer. Clean and upmarket rooms. Wifi, AC, tv, kitchenette. This place is really cool. Parking on site for motorcycles.
