This was a great find in New Plymouth. Last minute booking after a long day of hiking.

Checkin was very easy and the staff were all very helpful.

Great for families and those wanting to get away for a holiday.

We book a non-powered site. Love the campgrounds here and location. Facilities are amazing and well maintained.
Take your bikes, the paths are so fun!

What a great, long Waitangi weekend trip to Opunake Beach Holiday Park. This camping ground is wonderfully located on the beach and has excellent facilities for all the family.

Great holiday park in a classic beachside location, i've stayed here in either tents or cabins multiple times over more than 20 years and always had a great time. Friendly staff, a great beach.

The location was perfect! Just across the street from the ocean with quick and easy access to the Coastal Walkway. The room was spotless and felt luxurious but surprisingly cozy!

Loved our stay here. Nice and central to the walkways. Room service was professional and friendly. Access from the car park is nice and easy with entrance straight to the foyer.

Awesome stay at this motel. Wanted to thank them before we left. But no one was on the desk at that time. Spacious, comfortable and we highly recommend.

Great location and only 700 metres to the hospital where I was working.
Rooms large and clean, and serviced daily with fresh towels and a general clean.

My work colleagues and I stayed here from Monday — Saturday. I would highly recommend this motel, Lee is very hospitable and the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Excellent location for us as we wanted to be close to the coastal cycleway. The rooms were just what we needed and were fresh and welcoming.

Lovely place to stay, clean and tidy, great price, staff were awesome, and very accommodating with our security for the motorbikes. I would happily stay again next time I'm over that way.

We stayed for almost 3 months at auto Lodge for medical reasons for my son and being close to the hospital.

I went to Juliana's for dinner, I had the Ribeye steak with fries and salad. It was amazing! The steak was so tender. The fries were perfectly cooked and the salad complimented the whole meal.

Last minute booking. Reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Only thing was we turned on the heater didn’t really warm up the room. Other than that we enjoyed our night.

I have seen several negative comments about the motel and wasn't expecting much but once I entered the premises of the motel, I was surprised.

If you wish to explore the area, this motel is a good place to stay overnight. It’s a basic motel but has all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
