Hotels in Taranaki with a Pool

They have bikes that you can use for free to go around. I think that’s cool, especially that this hotel is near tourist attractions.
They have spaces where you can work quietly.

First ever solo trip for myself. I decided to go to New Plymouth for the first time (originally from Wellyz) And for accommodation I decided to go to The Devon Hotel.

My sister & I experienced 4 nights of warm hospitality at this property.

This was a great find in New Plymouth. Last minute booking after a long day of hiking.

A big plus for camping families is that this park is in town and yet still quiet. You'll feel like any other park in that regard.

We planned to stay 2 nights in a powered campervan site, but added a third as we were enjoying the area.
The park's location is a big plus. Close to town, but still quiet.

Lovely place to stay, clean and tidy, great price, staff were awesome, and very accommodating with our security for the motorbikes. I would happily stay again next time I'm over that way.

Wonderful friendly service. Very clean and spacious Chalet. Accepted us at short notice on a stormy night. We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very well located campsite with friendly staff and all amenities needed.
We had a very good stay for the Easter break.

I really enjoyed being close to the sea. The sanitary facilities and communal kitchen were excellent. However, the Wi-Fi didn't work at the eastern end of the campsite.

A Mixed experience – great room comfort, but disappointed by the cafe and local area: The hotel itself was nice, though not quite as new or pristine as the photos suggest, showing a fair amount of

We stayed at the Waterfront Hotel over the weekend in the Millennium building for my daughter's 10th birthday. I went with a friend and our two daughters, and we had a wonderful stay.

What a great, long Waitangi weekend trip to Opunake Beach Holiday Park. This camping ground is wonderfully located on the beach and has excellent facilities for all the family.

Great holiday park in a classic beachside location, i've stayed here in either tents or cabins multiple times over more than 20 years and always had a great time. Friendly staff, a great beach.

Great location and only 700 metres to the hospital where I was working.
Rooms large and clean, and serviced daily with fresh towels and a general clean.

My work colleagues and I stayed here from Monday — Saturday. I would highly recommend this motel, Lee is very hospitable and the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Would recommend staying at the Flamingo Motel for families and solo travelers.
The staff and owner were so helpful and very friendly.

Would happily stay again. It's dated but CLEAN with comfortable beds.

A very comfortable stay on a beautiful property. We stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms in the main house. The room was warm and cozy with lovely furnishings.

Absolutely stunning venue. It's a little slice of paradise in Hawera.

We stayed for almost 3 months at auto Lodge for medical reasons for my son and being close to the hospital.

I went to Juliana's for dinner, I had the Ribeye steak with fries and salad. It was amazing! The steak was so tender. The fries were perfectly cooked and the salad complimented the whole meal.

Friendly staff, clean, very close to the town, within 10 mins walk. Big spacious units and overlooking nice pool area. Will definetly stay again.

Last minute booking. Reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Only thing was we turned on the heater didn’t really warm up the room. Other than that we enjoyed our night.

I have seen several negative comments about the motel and wasn't expecting much but once I entered the premises of the motel, I was surprised.

If you wish to explore the area, this motel is a good place to stay overnight. It’s a basic motel but has all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
