We spent one night at the Lodge and were sorry we couldn't have spent more time there. Alison and Andre are great hosts, spending time with guests before dinner, helping us to meet each other (we were eight guests in three groups). Dinner was very tasty and the wines were excellent. We also got to try a local gin, which was very good. Our bed was very comfortable and breakfast the next morning got us started on our next venture. If you are lucky enough to stay at the Lodge, make sure you chat with Andre, who is a wealth of information about local sights and restaurants.
Great place great location great hosts just great.
