Informative staff, friendly. Good parking space. Close walk to town.

Unfriendly staff. Loaded prices. Even charge for a shower! Tumble driers ineffective. Showers difficult to operate with no notices to explain how they work. Not recommended.

Nice site plenty room between vans showers powerful but 1 dollar in summer.

Happy, friendly, very welcoming, nice and clean and nice music playing in the showers.

Unfortunately staying here was a very unpleasant experience which ended with myself being cornered and harassed by staff and other guest after leaving the rest room.
My partner and myself paid $55 for a muddy unpowered site crammed between 2 large caravans. This, however, was not an issue as we decided to stay here because we needed to use the shower facilities. Unfortunately the showers where out of order and this was not possible. After pulling our campervan out the front prior to our checkout time, I had walked back in to use the toilet facilities. Upon leaving I was harassed by a guest for “using the free facilities” which I clearly explained I had paid to use them. I was then cornered by the manager, who had also clearly heard me defend myself, who continued along the same path of harassment.
There was no apology for the fact that the facilities we had paid for were out of order instead I was told that “it’s not their fault and to go use a public restroom”.
All I can say is I’m glad it was myself and not my partner who was harassed upon leaving a restroom by two men waiting outside her toilet door.

We rented a unit for one night and except for water going everywhere when we had a shower it was very comfortable and clean. We do strongly encourage the powers that be to consider a rethink around the charging for Wi-Fi. It is generally expected that this would be available at most places of accommodation for free and is something that has become the norm for quite sometime now. We have never been asked to pay for Wi-Fi at any other place and we do think that it should just be part of what is expected as part of the overall cost. It is not exceptional any more to offer Wi-Fi and should be considered a necessity alongside other things such as water, a bed etc.

Really nice holiday park with great facilities. Loved the wooden figures around the park. Just the town itself is so worth it to visit! We did not want to stay in queenstown so this was just amazing, small and lovely to walk around/true. Got a nice map to town and it even had the spot on it that was a film location for the lord of the rings! In town lovely buildings, nice candy shop and don't miss the chance to go to the cinema. Luxury and you can even get a cheese platter and glass of wine (but also popcorn, soda, chips etc. ) and enjoy it while watching the movie (it is a bit pricey but worth it).

Facilities were OK. The website needs to be overhauled because there is poor information about the layout and facilities that the types of accomodation offer. We ended up sharing Oregon Lodge with a school group who thought they had the whole facility to themselves.

A nice and reasonably priced place to stay while in Queenstown. Especially if you have a car, then this place is the best because it is a bit far from Queenstown. You need to be careful while booking the rooms as I did not pay attention that linen is not included and had to pay at the spot for linen.

Stayed here for a night in our caravan. Vicki was very accomadating as we were up for the weekend and with limited parking in a small tourist town she allowed us for a small extra charge to leave our caravan there after our checkout time so we could carry on our weekend. Great campground. Good tidy and clean facilities. Keep up the great work. Marina.

Excellent facilities, here during winter and no charge for showers. Excellent staff. A little difficult to access some sites with a larger vehicle as sites are relatively small. Room for vehicle but no awning. Otherwise great place to stay and only 0.5 kms from town. Each site has it's own water AND greywater dump and power.

They have a BBQ pizza oven! So don't have fomo, bring yourself a pizza to cook. Also $1 for 8 min shower is wonderful. Could not run out the clock!

Great location, amazing views of the hills surrounding the campground. Modern facilities. Clean and tidy.

Campsite quite nice and rather well provided. A bit expensive for 1 person in a tent ($20), but understandable due to the proximity of Queenstown.

Fantastic Holiday Park! Best shower block I have seen while camping. Campsites are low cost, we'll defined and adequately sized. Showers cost $1 per 8 minutes are nice and hot and have great pressure. 10/10 I will be coming back.

Most beautiful and interesting town I've seen in New Zealand. A small town full of traditional gold miners stores. With plenty of restaurants a fantastic Patagonia ice cream shop an lots of wonderful river walks. Plus cycle hire if you prefer. A visit to this town is a real must. Also there is a great holiday park in town if you are camping or have a camper van like us.

A wonderful place to stay. Everything was in perfect order, nice and clean.
Just a short walk to Arrowtown, interesting old historic village telling about the chinese goldminers.

Very nice city which is definitely worth a visit. The campsite is also well equipped, the sanitary facilities are clean and there is an extra drinking water filling point available. We only had big problems getting our pegs into the ground, either it was really just too dry, or after felt 2 inches just comes gravel or something like that. Therefore 1 star deduction.

Most unfriendly rules for the price range. Kitchen area closes at 10pm for no obvious reason. Showers cost additional $1 for hot water, though hot water is not a problem for the camping on the town territory (in particular, hot water is not limited in the toilets). Could be a good camping, if not for the regulations that are beyond any reason.

We stayed in a studio. We were very impressed on the cleanliness and the facilities available. The studio had kettle hot plate even tea and coffee. Heater and electric blanket. Less than a km to walk to town. We will be back! Thank you.

Pleasantly surprised by the modern spacious tourist flat we booked! Lovely and spacious, with modern facilities, and everything else at the holiday park appeared quite new as well (we only used the laundry facilities though). Right beside a big open park and playground so great for kids also. Probably only lacked a method of cooling the place down — we arrived on a stinking hot summer day with barely any breeze so was a toasty wee unit all night!

Hot, powerful showers. Lots of trees. Next to some mountains. Electricity, water and dumping stations at every campervan plot.

Thoughtful things make a difference: Plenty of hooks in the shower; a seat; music; heating, and an ironing board (for left handers! ). Clean. Large kitchen and eating area. A sink AND soap at the dump station! Most of the campers seem to be long time parking, but no one there. I recommended this site; this is good compared to about 7 others… but each site has its own characteristics, of course.

Very good facilities, as you would expect for the price. Great location, being a short walk from Arrowtown. Why they need to have a loud radio playing in the toilet-shower area is beyond me… not sure I needed that whilst doing my ablutions at 6am.

We did stay in cabins. All of them nice, well equiped, with tv, kitchen, ensuite bathroom — and nice porch in front to sit and enjoy the area. Will stay again for sure in walking distance to city center.

Hamilton nearby accommodation, in fact, the choice is very limited, we encountered no hot shower with the kitchen, the kitchen is relatively simple, there are some appliances can not use.

Gate doesn't work from the outside so we kept having to run to the inside kepypad and run back to the car before the arm went back down, bathrooms (seperate building) incredibly uncomfortable and small (they steam up immediately and EVERYTHING in the room gets wet), because of the way that the building is you can hear everyone walk around as if they are running and stomping, the tiny heater stays on for only 20 minutes before you have to get up and press it again so it's freezing all night (needs to run at LEAST an hour before the room even starts to get warm and the heat creeps out fast), internet is insanely expensive. Pros: Kitchens are equipt and big with a TV that appeared on our last night here, the mattresses aren't bad, hot showers (although since they are small it's easy to accidentally push the knob all the way to hot and have boiling water come at you) but one of the most important things and the only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 — it's VERY clean.

Has a nostalgic feel with small old style shops & restaurants on both sides of the street. A walk around Arrow town makes you feel you have traveled back in time.

This campground is well equipped and beautiful in the fall. The internet is not free like most other parks we stayed in, but they use a very reasonably priced national service provider which worked well, and the signal strength and speed were good. The bathrooms, showers, and kitchen area were in very good condition. I didn't mind paying $1 for a shower, since they make change at the desk, you just need to have local currency. The powered sites were level and easy to drive into and out of. Bike rental was overpriced from what I remember, so we hiked on the trails north of town which were great.

Clean and nice location 15 walking distance from downtown. BUT 1 dollar for 6 minutes of shower, give me a break. Paid $38 for one night for 2 people.

Clean and comfortable, but most expensive Camping site and you still have to pay extra for an ice-cold-shower and almost worthless weak Wi-Fi.

This is a really nice campsite with great facilities that looked really new.

This is a great camping ground. The facilities are all new and of a very high standard, the grounds have lots of trees for shade and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's also in a terrific location handy to lots of walks, cycle rides, and the township. It is also very competitively priced at just $15 per night for a caravan plus $10 for each additional person.
