We live in Queenstown and this is stunning! We will be back!

Had THE most fantastic night here. Literally thought I had died and gone to heaven such an authentic and wonderful experience. The rooms are gorgeous beautifully appointed. My daughter of 25 was upgraded to her own gorgeous room in the stables which we were so grateful for! Loved being able to use the kitchen as our own, which meant we could enjoy drinks and snacks in the garden and play a few of the supllied games in the sunshine. Paradise. Breakfast was amazing such generous servings and attention to detail, we are all still talking about the rhubarb for breakfast. Andy and David could not have been nicer searching out scales to weigh our trail luggage for us. We dragged ourselves away kicking and screaming as no one wanted to leave. Cannot re6 it highly enough!

Had an amazing weekend here at Oliver’s, definitely recommend. Rooms excellent, great food and ambience in the bar and restaurant.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The care and welcoming atmosphere, attention to detail in every aspect… the homemade food and feeling of warmth. The rooms! I stayed in the carriage house and it was just so beautiful… the restaurant adjoining was convenient and 5 star… make it a destination while in New Zealand… I wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you so much for this little piece of heaven in the countryside!

Great place to stay and eat.

We had the most amazing day/night for our Nephews wedding on Friday. Venue-Food
& staff amazing & then stayed the night in the best accommodation. The entire experience was world class & showed our new Canadian Family NZ at its best. Thank You for a wedding to remember.

WOW! loved this place — We were lucky enough to stay in the stables and what a fab room, so much space for suitcases which was so appreciated. No expense spared in the decor! Breakfast in the beautiful homestead was great. Thanks you.

Beautiful place to go for relaxing. Food was average but the scenery was stunning.

Very comfortable accommodation, welcoming and friendly, delicious breakfast, excellent restaurant. Strongly recommend.

A massive thank you to Elspeth for making our night away so enjoyable! From the time we arrived, we felt extremely 'at home' and when we saw our lovely room, we were blown away. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing and made it a great start to our day. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back.

Lovely atmosphere short walks to view and river great for rail trail cycling.

Great fresh cooked breakfast and coffee/tea choices. Nice selection of local products in the shop too. Well worth the stop.

We had the lovely Jackson Room for the night and shared a fantastic breakfast made by Andrea and her friendly staff. What a beautiful place and gorgeous rooms that have been lovingly redecorated. Must come here again.

We went just for one night to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. Stayed in the Sullivan Room which was delightful. Would so loved to have time to curl up with one of the many antique books on display in the room. Our hosts were a delight, couldn't ask for nicer people who are obviously very passionate about giving Oliver's the love and attention such a historic site deserves. Dinner at restaurant was excellent, and wine list well made up. We highly recommend Oliver's.

Fantastic b and b. Somewhere I will always remember.

Great hosts, Andrea and David. We stayed in the Naylor Room, the largest room by far (most are quite small). Very comfortable with adequate storage for our clothing and bags. Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant outstanding for dinner. Lots of peaceful outdoor seating. The hotel has a great location close to many fantastic wineries, biking, walking and boating. David was very helpful setting up winery tours and a luncheon. Cromwell, the town in which Oliver's sits, while very small is quite nice for some wool shopping or just wandering about. Highly recommended, particularly if you stay in the Naylor Room.

Fantastic B&B. Friendly, gracious hosts, superb "character" accommodation.

Friday at 3:30. The place had 3 other patrons. We were excited by the incredible ambience. We waited for several minutes before getting up to get our own menus. Five minutes later we still hadn't been greeted or acknowledged by the bartender next to us. Headed to another option. Sorry Oliver. Your place is empty because you have zero customer service.

I like the yummy food and a good waiter that who served me on my Birthday :).
