Awesome place to stay very affordable. Great people great place highly recommended. Has everything u need. Great swimming holes in the river for kids and adults to swim, dog friendly. Great location, plenty of things to see and do. Love this place.

Great place to stay with the kids. Owners went out of their way being helpful, made us feel welcome, offering us assistance with small things. Clean tidy comfortable cabins, great swimming hole in the river.

We went to riverside last Xmas and loved it there They only have a small allocation for people, so that makes it more enjoyable for families and friends.

We had a great experience at Riverside Haven from the booking to the stay. Janene is the most lovely host who gave us local advice, welcomed us warmly and let us help to feed the alpacas and other various farm animals! We were lucky to be there at the weekend when her vibrant and talkative grandson was there too, being welcoming maybe a family trait! The dorm room was great, towels included and the shower facilities were also good although a bit busy in the morning. We're so thankful for our time here and only wish we could've stayed longer. Great chill place. There's a train that goes by here, which gets a little loud. Only 2 or 3 times in a day. Besides that all peaceful. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Approachable. There weren't much tenants here while I was here. Toilet and shower clean. Shower is hot! Can't control how hot though. The kitchen was being upgraded. Nice little kitchen. Has most of what ya need. Overall good stay. Had a discount from Campermate. So keep a lookout!

We stayed there, unexpectedly as my husband got a migraine headache whilst we were heading home, and what wonderful hospitality, the grounds were a bit wet from much rain of late, but didn't dampen the delightful stay. The facilities are very clean, and easily accessible, would definitely recommend to all campers. Thank you to our hosts for a very enjoyable over night stay, I have also recommended it to all the motor home sites I belong to.

Stunningly pictorial place to stay, everywhere you turn is a picture opportunity, from the glorious gardens, the clear river… with no algae, the beautiful animals which can be hand fed, to the stunning sunsets and sunrises… if you are awake early enough.
The facilities are clean and easily accessible with wonderful hot showers.
The owners Janene and Warren are accommodating from a single camper, family camper, family reunion, school camp, wedding party etc etc.
I have stayed here 3 times and will be back for many more stays.
