We stayed there three nights and recommend it. Private nice rooms and very central. Very nice people and very helpful, we will be back for sure.

So much to love No cap on thermostat room warm on entry! Outstanding. No cap on TV volume, free cookies, electric blankets, extra blanket cosy++ so much better than those overpriced hotels, make up wipes but no shampoo?, spa, water provided in bottles in morning to defrost car windows nice touch although parking a little tight neighbouring car opened door into my car. Awesome off peak rates. Great Location.

Decent apartment-like room. However, the only heat was provided by a small space heater in the main room, so the bedrooms were freezing cold. The remote control for the TV in the main room didn't have batteries. Lots of traffic noise. Location is not terribly convenient unless you're planning to visit the mall next door.

Very nice room. Clean and modern. Lights and heaters were turned on before we came home at night. Nice touch. Highly recommended.

My partner and I plus her parents came with us to stay at the Metropolitan. We had 2 rooms, each was so clean, tidy and nicely decorated! The lady who helps run the motel is lovely and extremely helpful. The people upstairs overfilled their spa and as a result we being directly below did get evacuated as a safety procaution. This amazing lady came out at 12:41am and calmed everyone down and got us a new room to stay in. Very well treated here and I would recommend to all coming to Christchurch or passing through to stay here. Best motel I've ever stayed at. We will be back :)

Wonderful service! Our room was immaculate as always, house keeping is wonderful and they even offered to wash our clothing, definitely back next time.

Just had 2 weekends stay which were fabulous. The cleanest motel we've ever stayed in. Very modern, spacious and really comfortable. Service was top notch, with attention to detail. Recommend to all.
