We had a great night at this motel. From check in (we got upgraded to a larger room free of charge), the very friendly staff who helped carry our luggage, and help with maps etc, it was very personal. The rooms are huge with everything you need, such a fully stocked kitchenette with fridge, large bathroom with great shower, and very comfortable beds. They let us have late check out with no issues, and a prompt personal shuttle to the airport was very appreciated. Perfect motel for our needs!

Good enough to stay there clean warm shower TV works what more can you want when you're away from home.

Thanks Sally for your flexibility and support — early contact after booking concerning special arrangements, airport shuttle first thing in the morning, earlier room availability, clean neat room, ok for tandem bike to be stored in the room, info on shopping centre, dryer, okay for holding bike until owner retrieves it after we have checked out, and above all your concern to ensure all we needed was covered. Only one suggestion — a mop for the studio bathroom that does not have fixed shower screens to help control the spread of water. Thank you for a great 3 days Ian & Judy.

Good for budget travelers. No table for eating in the room. Showers are very good.

Have stayed here twice, no issues the first stay, but wont stay again as the Woman was questionably untruthful about the booking, made a phone booking but saw it was cheaper online and when I asked her, she said it was because the rugby was on, all the motels had vacancy signs and someone came into the room feigning they were checking the kettle? there was rubbish that could have been emptied and the tea and coffee needed restocking, did not give me a good feeling! other than these issues the place was clean and comfortable.

Very well kept modern studio however we found hair inside the bed meaning the sheets were not replaced from the previous guests. This was rather disappointing, otherwise no other issues with cleanliness.

They try puting dick in your ear.

Excellent spacious and new Motel, very handy to riccarton mall and hagley park. Highly recommend plus you can take your animals with you :).
