One of the better TOP 10 Holiday Parks I’ve stayed at.
From the friendly welcome to the clean kitchen and bathroom I can’t fault it.
If you’re wanting somewhere great to stay in Kaikoura this is the place.

Wow, amazing customer service, well maintained facilities, clean and new toilets and showers.

Lovely responsive hosts, great studio room — recently renovated, very modern, beautiful bathroom, everything you need. Only thing is the pool was too cold, heated to 26C but was freezing!

Perfect location. From our cabin we have great views of the nearby snow capped mountains. Close to town also 5 mins max.

We had room 54 and it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, lovely view, children friendly.
Shared facilities are warm and clean.
Would definitely recommend. Very happy with our stay. Also the beds and pillows were super comfy and warm.

Nice place, clean tidy and well equipped. Worth a trip with your camper, caravan, tent or cabin hire. You would not know that this top 10 Park is related to its Blenheim counterpart! Sorry Blenheim, the manager was good but the site was awful.

A great park with heated pool, hot tub, well equipped camp kitchen and intimate sites.

Wonderful park. Clean tidy rooms and happy helpful staff. Always a favourite to call into.

Cannot believe how good these chalets are, just amazing… hands down our best stop for accom yet.

Had a great stay of 10 days here. Clean modern facilities and friendly welcoming staff. Great family facilities for the kids. Felt they were safe here.

Very nice unit I had, and nice sunny deck and nice view of the Mountains with snow on them nice people. I will be back there on Sunday for the night.

We loved the place it was warm, clean, also the shower was great the staff was freinfly. What we didnt really like was the smell of the bed sheets and towels (musty), also the limited mb for the internet. Other than that it was great.

Friendly as staff! Very helpful showing us around different accomodation options. 1x queen 1x single bedded cabin with kitchenette, sky tv, heat pump, electric blankets. Bathroom with heated mirror, heated towel rail, hair dryer, fan and heater, shower (quality and pressure was deluxe). Beds are extremely comfortable had a mean nights sleep! Thank you guys heaps!

Very good neat n clean Kids will love to stay there spa, swimming pool and park all available even there's other facilities like kitchen laundry gaming room etc.

Looked around for better value but ended up right back here. Warm cabins with heating. Fun bounce pillow and the best spa I've ever had 10/10

Good large facilities available. Very clean and situated with a beautiful back drop of mountains. Right next to town.

Of equipment and cleanliness certainly one of the best places in the South Island. Sanitary facilities are excellent. For campers there is noise nuisance, because the place is between the highway and the railroad. But I didn't get much of it in the van. Good place!

Great little site with very clean facilities. We had a grass powered plot for a small camper van and our friends a cabin both were perfectly fine. Short drive to the whale watching which we had come to see.

It was very enclosed and not a lot of green area. The facilities were good especially for the kids. It was very busy and didn't have that community feel that some top 10's have had. The staff were great.

Lovely place very close to the town. Just over the railway from whale watch Kaikoura. Would stay again. Very clean.

Sweet little place with lots of small shops.

Good place to stay. Convenient. Well kept and good facilities. The only specific draw back for us was the room we were in had an extremely strong and overwhelming fishy smell so we had to keep the windows open; the smell had seeped into the curtains so no amount of air freshener was going to work.

Completely crowded but friendly staff and helpful. The showers and washrooms are perfect and are cleaned daily.

The rooms are tiny, and very poorly insulated (very hot during the day, and very cold at night). But the rest of the buildings is well maintained, so I guess for campers it's acceptable.

A great place to stay. Rooms were awesome. Staff very heplful and friendly. Within walking distance of shops. Would recommend this place to stay.

Until now the best Top10 place we have visited with our camper. We were on 6 others in the South Island. Very nice service. Thank you again from Heidi and Berthold.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay, very clean, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone, close to food outlets, liked it so much I'm staying at Top 10 Holiday Parks for the rest of my stay south and north Island.

Absolutely loved our stay at Kaikoura Top 10 which happened to be during the Kaikoura earthquake. Everyone was so helpful and made a big effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend a stay here, please don't be put off by the earthquake, Kaikoura is still definitely worth a visit and we'll definitely return!

Hi I would just like to say what a lovely Park you have and also we stayed with you at the weekend with our 3 children when earthquake struck and would like to thank you for giving us accommodation and food whilst trapped all the staff were amazing through this tough time will definitely come back.

Always find this top 10 holiday park a great place to stay. We come here every year to go to the races at South Bay, staff and patrons are very friendly. The children look like they are enjoying the play area and the trikes they pedal around. Great for young and old and families to stay. And yes we have booked again for next year.

Spent 2 nights in a standard cabin, shared bathroom and kitchen. Heater is loud but you have to keep it running all night long as insulation is very poor. Sheets and towels are provided for an extra fee, which was not specified in our reservation.

If they had some communal utensils I would give it 5 stars. Aside from that the grounds were great.

My first night here was so good. The facilities were clean and tidy and they had the bigger rooms for families available. The parks were flat and well set up. Thank you to your team for a lovely stay.

The room itself was quite small for three people let only four, not enough space for all your suitcases to go and be stored without tripping over them. However my son who is two loved the pillow jumper at the playground a big positive there nothing was broken or damaged so happy with the play adventure area always lovely to see something for all ages. The recommended menus we received for the two restaurant/pub to try out were out of date, when we arrived at one of them, this needs to be addressed. Lovely location.

Had an amazing stay we still think about. The stars at night were unforgettable.

As with the other top 10 accomodation, we had a great stay in the 2 bedroom cabins which was equipped with a full kitchen. Easily walkable to West end.

In the line of the Top 10… Has everything you need if you are looking for a campsite to spend the night.

Perfect, my daughter and I stayed in one of the motel studios and was just right, the studio was clean, tidy and felt new. I am a light sleeper so was worried about noise but slept like a dream. I noticed the studio has double glazed windows so that would help. Daughter loved the play ground, especially the jumping pillow. In all very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Always good. Love cabin 10. Probably best Top 10 cabin. We have been using Top 10 sites all over NZ since 2006. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great halfway point between Christchurch and Picton. Whale watch and baby seal colony well worth stopping for.

Cabin was smaller than expected and overpriced. Smoke alarm went off at 4 in the morning when we turned the heater on (very dodgy). Staff member replaced smoke alarm and I suggested that they get the heater checked. He told me that it had happened before. Maybe should'nt rent that cabin until a full check is done.

There is a lot of noise of the nearby trainrail which is located a few metres from the campingground. Even in the night huge noisy trains will terrible wake you up.
