3bdr townhouse great sized area although 1 additional bathroom would have been better. Auto lighting in hallway would have been better as safer with stairs.

Very clean and comfy room with all the basics plus aircon, which we greatly appreciated in the cooler weather! We have two Labradoodles (not small! ) and had a Garden Studio so we could have them in the room with us. The "Garden" is shared by the other rooms, so they could not be let out unsupervised, but the dog friendly Lake front is a two minute walk away and there is a large grassy area across the road. Would definitely go back again!

We stayed here for three nights. Although a little dated it was great. Had everything we wanted Lovely and clean. Enjoying a spa bath. Good service and friendly reception. Thank you. A good base to visit all of Taupo sights. We loved it.

Very good value for the money. Everything in the room you could want including bathrobe & slippers. Easy walking distance to town. Friendly staff. I highly recommend for affordable accommodation in Taupo.

Sad! This time no sleep! A large group talked int he courtyard all night. They were probably the ones who used ALL the hot water that night? Both unacceptable. I have stayed a number of times in the last year en route Auckland /Wellington and great — BUT NEVER AGAIN.

We had a great time here. The room was large and every need that you may have thought about was covered in a handy guide book on the coffee table. This book covered Wi-Fi passwords to discount adventures nearby. The manager was efficient and knew we were coming and anticipated with a very clean room.

Amazing accomodation and perfect location too, only a quick walk to town. Amazing spa in the bathroom! Bed was comfy also. Nice and clean. Would definitely re book next time we stay in Taupo. Husband loved the 2 TVs, thought he was in heaven when he could watch both the rugby & league at the same time haha. Definitely a thumbs up from us!

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff, good space for car parks. Really easy access to the lake and shops, not quiet within walking distance but a very short drive.

Smart, tidy, modern motel, with pleasing facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of room in kitchen. Compact bathroom with really good shower. Good breakfast options in dining room.

Great location. Wet room bathroom was great. Hot and good pressure shower. Small kitchen in room also a nice addition. Rooms are right on the car park but it did not feel like that at all once in the room. Sky sports was an excellent surprise! 10/10 would come again.

A good option to stay on Taupo, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioner works well and the private jacuzzi was very easy to use. However the Wi-Fi didn't always work and sometimes it was very slow. A very good place to stay for a short period of time.

Affordable and the rooms are clean and fairly modern. Air conditioning is definitely a plus. Never had a problem while staying here. It's within so walking distance to the lake side and a short drive to city centre. You don't get any road noice here either. One down fall though. The shower needs to be updated, if you're really short or really tall the shower head could be a pain as it doesn't move.

Very comfortable motel, an outstanding bathroom and a nice kitchen. I would recommend it!

The couch was saturated and the unit smelt like sewerage I would never go back here very very disappointed.

Great value for money, Rooms were big and spacious, Clean, tidy, and well looked after, the spa bath was awesome! best part was the radio and light on the spa! Plenty of space for parking right outside your room. Would recommend to anyone!

Great setup in the 2 bedroom unit. Perfect for a family with 3 kids. Clean and comfortable plus enough space for the car and trailer.

So we usually find this place amazing due to bedding arrangements as we travel for work and usually there us 4 of us however this time round we were placed in a room with a bed short so it's a pull out couch bed which is surprisingly harder then the floor and also had random stains on this fold out couch bed no extra bedding for this bed aswell we did mention there is 4 of us he said yes that's fine however I found myself on this uncomfortable bed with the thought of what could these random stains be?

Clean, warm, cozy room with a citchenet. Iron in a room. Unlimited free Wi-Fi! Free parking. Good location. No breakfasts on site. Good value of money.

We had a 2 storey 3 bedroom apartment for 5 people, it was fantastic! Rates were reasons, room was we'll presented and clean. Would stay again!

Amazing jacuzzi bathtub! Modern and clean, really friendly staff! I couldn't get my Wi-Fi to work but that was the only issue. Would stay again and recommend :)

Tidy&clean, bit dated some things could do with a bit of maintenance. There are private spas which are lovely after a long drive. Rooms are comfortable with heat pump and electric blankets. The kitchenette is ok. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Me and my family stayed here last weekend, and it was by far one of the best motels we have stayed in. Clean and tidy, well equipped and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back next time we're in Taupo. Thank you :)

Very nice unit, very clean and spacious and very friendly people.

Rooms were clean and modern. However the customer service was definitely wanting. The managers initially couldn't be bothered to get out of bed at 11pm when I discovered substantial damage to my car, which was parked inside the premises. When he finally turned up with a flashlight (as there were no outside lighting or security cameras on the premises) his first reaction was to try and convince me that the car was damaged when I was in town earlier that evening. When I assured him it was not, rather than help me identify the culprit or look for evidence, his primary interest was that the Motel was not liable, and frequently reminding me that, as there were no eye witnesses, I had no proof that the car was damaged on the Motel premises. This attitude continued even when I had found dents on the car parked in the next spot that indicated collision with my vehicle. The next morning the managers became even more defensive when I made enquiries regarding the Motel's insurance policy and completely refused to co-operate any further. So whilst the rooms were nice, you can expect no sympathy from the managers should you run into any trouble.
