Modern & spotlessly clean. Comfy bed! My boys loved the pool/spa and I was stoked to find the room had a spa bath will def be back!

Lovely place to stay. Great location and quiet rooms.

Very friendly staff. Reasonable pricing and rooms were immaculate and outstanding. Much better then a lot of hotels.

Stayed there for a night. Very neat rooms and friendly staff.

We wanted to be close to a function we attended and this was a perfect choice. This will also be an ideal stop over when we come to support the Chiefs.
We will definitely stay here again even if we don't need to be going to rugby as our Greeter was friendly and helpful and our Studio was cosy, comfortable and clean.
The room was well set out with a perfect King bed and ample consumables.

Went back to stay at this lovely motel after staying 10 years ago and it was still great. Lovely clean rooms. The rooms are comfy and well provided with all the added extras in the room. Must bring my togs next time.

Highly recommend … Esp if you are going to the rugby… A 2 minute walk across the road cannot be faulted! Rooms are lovely, spacious, great bathroom… We've stayed 3 times now!

Room was clean and tidy, very loud though with kids in pool and very thin walls between units.

Was only there for about 9 hours, but the room was very nice. This is a 5 star *motel*, so don't expect anything like a 5 star hotel.

My family and I stayed at your hotel last week and we had an amazing time. The room was clean, lovely and surpasses our expectations. We went swimming twice and both times, the pool was well heated. The spa was a real treat too. The only downside was our stay was too short. Before we left Park View, my daughter made us promise to bring her back soon. Thank you for the warm and wonderful service. We will definitely be back!

Positives: Clean room and friendly staff. Very close to the local stadium. Negatives: The colours of the whole place are a bit dated. The rooms are a wee bit small. Would suit someone just stopping over, not really for a couple to relax and unwind as you can hear everything through the walls. I'm not too sure how its rated NZ standard 5 star? but anyway if you want luxury and peace and quite unfortunatly this is not the place.

Our family of 3 stayed here for two nights while in Hamilton for a business trip. The rooms were great, clean and spacious, with good kitchenette facilities. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We were on the side away from the road and it was very quiet. Fantastic shower and spa bath — great water pressure. Our son enjoyed the pool which he could just stand in at 1.2m tall — not a great pool for really little kids unless accompanied. The managers are really lovely people too.
