Great location cant fault first class accommodation what's not to like?

We througherly enjoyed our stay with you guys and everything was perfect. The only down side was the beds were hard (when your staying away from jome at an hotel or place like this you want something better than your own bed).

Wonderful location, great facilities and friendly staff, however, if you need Wi-Fi request a cottage close to the main office. We were initially in one of the back units and asked to be moved, which they did happily… then we were happy! Highly recommend!

Loved these cottages, booked for 3 nights ended up extending our stay by an extra 2 nights! The staff were friendly and very helpful, the cottages themselves were spotless and spacious. It was a perfect place to celebrate New Years with my family, the kids loved the generous sized swimming pool and spa. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderful.

I stayed here last weekend with family. It was perfect for what we needed, plus the pool was just incredible. Would 100% stay their again and staff were very friendly.

Very nice place to be mostly quiet.

It was pretty good. Good spacious rooms, clean facilities, close to the beach and shops. Even has a pool to keep kids entertained.

Very close to Russell town centre, took a walk down and had lunch at The Duke of Marlborough. Lovely walk and delicious food with great service.

Clean and tidy. A little worn and could so with a bit of a spruce up.

Not great for the price. Far from luxury. Our stay was disappointing. No sheets provided for 5mo baby. No a/c. Only one fan for 6 people. Lots of broken fixings. No battery covers on remotes which is a danger for kids. Overcharged us 10%. Would say this is level of an mediocre 3 star motel, priced as a t star apartment.

Wonderful accommodation and I would recommend this place and I would love to spend more time here. The staff are very helpful and courteous, it is a great place to stay.

Lovely quaint spacious clean and new! One can walk to shops pier and pub. We cooked in most nights and found the kitchen lacking in utensils and baking dishes and the barbecue was not working the best. All in all wonderful stay and we would book again.

The perfect place to stay in Russell. Amazing value for such a great location and the cottage was spotless. Great pool too. Mathew the duty manager was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend this place highly.

Our family traveled all over New Zealand and nowhere measured close to the cottages. We loved our 3 days in Russell! So close to everything and so very relaxing.
