To Peter Pan and Hauke Frerichs. (Temmo Harken, you didn't even stay here so how can you comment? ) The owners asked you to leave because you were not paying your rent, you both of you are extremely lazy and have no manners, you sit and watch a woman make a fire while the two of you lie on the sofa, does your Mother still do everything for you? I guess you both need to grow up. The owner certainly does not make money off charging you $15 a night and $10 a night respectively which includes hot showers, use of the kitchen, free Wi-Fi, free coffee & tea, free use of the laundry and dryer, free parking, free Netflix etc. You said you couldn't pay your rent yet you had money for alcohol and you were busy buying crypto currencies. There is no mold in the rooms as all the rooms have been freshly painted. You are both big fat liars!
The owner don't care about people only about money. The place is very cold (rooms, common room, bathrooms and the kitchen is colder than their fridge).

Very good value stay. Maybe even too good value. We chose to sleep in our car and got access to the kitchen, entertainment room, fire place, Wi-Fi, showers. Joyce the owner is a beautiful soul, it's just such a shame people like to take advantage and try to exploit. Would highly recommend this stay and for the price that is currently being asked would encourage others to check this place out for themselves.
