Nice clean place. Had a great steak meal perfectly cooked by the host. I'd recommend this place to anyone going thru Paeroa.

Minimalist accommodation, wouldn't answer office after 8pm and no food delivery in the area.

Once again I felt welcomed and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very affordable, clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. I never have any worries when visiting. I will always recommend this accommodation to all my family and friends.

Delux room is amazing and clea host is very polite and friendly couldnt ask for more.

Stayed here over the weekend for a night with my husband and son as we were attending a family 70th. Room was very clean and tidy, bed was made so well :) and the bathroom was so clean :). Kitchen was a little old but seemed to be fully equipped — fridge, oven, stove, sink, jug, utensils and crockery, it even had a little bin for recyclables which I really liked. We only used the kitchen to make a cuppa. Will definitely stay here again when we are next in Paeroa. Tony is so friendly and easy to talk to, thank you again Tony :) We really enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved staying here! Tony and Ping are amazing and very accommodating! I stayed for a full 11 weeks with my 19 month old son and they were so helpful and caring! 5star without a doubt!

Bed linen was not changed after the guest that occupied the bed the night before. Internet shut if before the morning.

I'd like to preface this with I realise this is a cheap motel. We were quoted $100 a night, which was fine as we were only in town for the 1 night. After a long day of painting a rental property, all we wanted was a warm shower, warm room and comfy bed. This didn't happen! We checked in (room was freezing), but all good, I plugged in the heater. Nothing, it was dead. No problem though, went to the front counter and the lady said "well it was fine last night! ". Then before giving me a new one as proceeded to check it. Yes it was dead. So I head back to the room, with my new heater, knowing at least I can have a shower and get the place warm. Heater works (awesome), then jump in the shower. The temperature fluctuates heavily. No worries though, suck it up I thought. After about 10 — 15 minutes the water goes cold — no, make that freezing. So, butt naked, I wait for it to come hot. It doesn't. I go to the front counter and tell the lady there is no hot water. And she says. "they are only small hot water tanks, they only last a small time". I was shocked. I wasn't after a spa bath, but my partner had to shower as well and we were heading out for dinner. After I mentioned this she said "well it's only a 20 minute wait and then the next person can shower". Then she says (and here's the gold), "Plus that was fine for the last people that stayed there! ". As if me wanting two people to shower in a row was really a bit much to ask. I didn't bite, stayed cool.
