Superb! RAS at the level of the rooms! 😉👍🏽
On the other hand, it's a real shame that the hotel restaurant could not stay open during the cyclone alert, knowing that nothing else was open outside at the same time! It was a hassle to eat especially with children. 😤😓
In addition, we hoped to have a discount or other for the extension of our stay in the hotel because of the triggering of alert 2 in view of the Dovi depression, which led to a lot of floods and landslides (we live in the North) … But hey! 🤷🏽‍♀️
The receptionists were very professional! 😉👍🏽
… Except one of them who had an inappropriate outfit (shorty + t-shirt) who put loud music with her baffle and who ate at the reception even in front of the customers (her t-shirt was full of sauce). Not professional at all! 🤭🙅🏽‍♀️
So I would recommend your hotel but maybe not in cyclonic period! 😕🤷🏽‍♀️

Attentive staff, very pleasant.
On the other hand, the air conditioning in the rooms makes too much noise, the light of the air conditioning illuminates the whole room … and the batteries of the remote controls (TV, air conditioning) almost never work.
The noise in the corridors, the slamming doors… only downside.
