Very good situated. The second line from the beach. Just near the tram stop. Very nice and polite staff. Beautiful breakfast hall. The food is fresh and tasty. Everyone will find something. There is even gluten-free bread.
Exelt experience, the bed was not the most comfortable BUT, it was clean, nice team and the best surprise… we had an early leave so we could not enjoy the good breakfast they serve, the team packed us a breakfast bag together — more we could think of. Check my pictures. Although the hotel is located at the main street and can be noisy. Once closing the window it is quiet, good A. C.

Room was large, cleanliness acceptable. Very dated style. Staff friendly.
Location good for the beach, 25 minutes walk to world forum, or there is a tram.
Worst part was the central heating pipes bang/clunk at random frequent intervals all through the night. Avoid if you are a light sleeper.
