We booked the suite (Room No. 100). Unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations — but let’s start with the positives:
• The hotel is dog-friendly, and dogs are allowed in the restaurant as well.
• The location is perfect — right next to the forest — and the suite offers a wonderful view.
• The room is spacious, with a nice living room area and a spa bath.
• You can get high-quality tea and coffee both at the reception and in your room, free of charge.
• We were allowed to check in 20 minutes early.
Unfortunately, the list of things that need to be repaired, fixed, changed, or cleaned is much longer:
• First, they tried to overcharge us. When I pointed out that the confirmed price in their email was different, they corrected it without a word.
• The floors and common areas are dirty — not just “we skipped cleaning today” dirty, but clearly neglected for months. The elevator and doors are stained with dried spills that were never cleaned. Something had been spilled on the floor in front of our room, and our shoes stuck to it — it was disgusting.
• The suite itself is very rundown and desperately in need of renovation. The floor is full of scratches and black marks. Cracks cover the walls. The wooden panels and furniture (e. G. Bedside shelves) show serious water damage and there are some burn marks too. The back of the only chair in the room is broken. The double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, and one of them is missing a leg, making it quite unstable.
It was a terrible room for more than one person. Sliding glass door on toilet or shower (one or the other, cant close both at the same time). If someone is using the toilet or shower, expect the entire room to be lit up with light, even if it is 2am. Terrible design! Service at the desk and breakfast was nice.

The hotel is located in a beautifully and quiet area with lots of trees and farmland.
The room and hotel were just filthy. We woke up with congested nasal cavities due to the amount of dust.
We booked 7 months ago knowing the hotel had spa facilities. The hotel is being remodelled and the spa was closed which they only emailed us 2 days before arrival, too late to find other suitable accommodation.
The receptionist needs some lessons in hospitality. On arrival and check-out she didn't have the courtesy to ask about our stay at the hotel, just the formalities in about 45 seconds.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
