I stayed in the Studio 3 and it was always great stays. The host is really friendly and helpful. The studio is fully furnished and the bed is big and confortable. The view is the garden and makes the stay really peaceful.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience there. The apartment we were given was not the one we had booked. We had a confirmed reservation for Studio 3, which included a separate bedroom and garden access. Instead, we were given Studio 1 — a basement studio, with no separate rooms and no garden access. When we raised our concerns, the response was simply “take it or leave it and I will return the money, ” which was unhelpful, especially since it’s very difficult to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. I don't consider this behavior fair or professional. Additionally, we found hair and dust under the bed, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only a few utensils, and the only frying pan had a badly scratched non-stick surface, making it clearly unsafe to use. The only thing we received clear instructions about was how to pay the extra tax to his neighbor, since the host would be away upon our arrival.
