Boutique Hotel Villa O' was fabulous. The calm, serine, beautiful, clean, personal bed and breakfast was phenomenal. The farm was only 20 min from the airport, and yet so close to the city. The family history and devotion to the land is amazing, as is the extended family's personalities and warm welcome! "They want to give back to the land and share it with others. " Whether you're there for a quick night stop, a few days layover to explore the city, or a small business gathering, the property and accommodations are perfect. Breakfast is wonderful, and I noticed a few picnic baskets with warm fried eggs, etc, being delivered to a few of the 9 perfect sized suites. Absolutely stay here!

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Oldenhoff and it was nothing short of fantastic. Nestled in a peaceful and beautiful countryside setting, this charming bed and breakfast felt like a true escape from the busy world. The surroundings are absolutely serene – quiet, green, and calming – making it the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
The villa itself is elegant and thoughtfully designed, blending modern comfort with rustic charm. One of the highlights for me was the amazing sauna – such a wonderful way to unwind after a day of exploring. And then there’s the breakfast: absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. It felt like every detail was carefully considered to make guests feel special.
The atmosphere at Villa Oldenhoff is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. I loved every moment of my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A true hidden gem in the Netherlands – highly recommended!

We, a couple & 2 children, had a wonderful time at the villa. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, you are literally in the countryside surrounding metropolitan Amsterdam, with the hosts and staff going the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. Close to the airport and upscale dining. Highly recommend!

It was our second stay. This time we had the room under the roof — the first view of the room just melted my heart. So nice, so cozy! Here you can relax after a day in the busy city Amsterdam. The bed is very comfortable! The breakfast is so good! The Family who owns the location is absolutely nice. We‘ll come back for sure!

Such an amazing experience, you feel like entering a different area that the busy Amsterdam area should make you feel. The hotel is located an a small bendy road in the middle of the green fields. During our stay we felt like being in a little bubble! The room called suite Erf) was incredible, the hospitality was great and the people working there are passionate about what they do. We can only recommend this place! Our goal is to get back here sometime!

It is really a fine, beautifull and more than fantastic place to stay! Everthing is really clean, the owners are such a lovely family! The breakfast is fresh, the environment is sooo lovely to explore by bike. And they have a wonderfull sauna where you can relax outside while having an maginificient view!
In the winter they have special deals with massages on request. We've really enjoyed our stay! We think it is the best boutique hotel from the Netherlands. Thank you so much lovely people for your superb hospitality! :)

My husband and I just stayed there a couple nights and absolutely loved it. Very nice people. The room was large, clean and comfortable and very tastefully decorated with lots of attention to details. The fresh breakfast in the mornings is great (the croissants are delicious! ) Being a huge animal lover though, my favorite part though was being surrounded by animals especially their 3 super sweet dogs. Would definitely recommend this place and if we’re ever back in this area we’d definitely stay here again!

This is the 4th time we came back. We arrived by boat where the owner Han, as always, gave us a warm welcome. We drank a nice cold bottle of wine on the terras under the trees as we had same very nice warm weather. After the bottle was finished we went to our very nice, spacies and clean rooms. Great beds and nice bathroom. We borrowed the Villa Oldenhoff bikes and went into Ouderkerk ad Amstel for a nice dinner. After a good night sleep we really enjoyed the lovely breakfast with lots of local items. Thanks Han and Suzanne we will definitly come back!

Always a treat when we stay at Villa Oldenhoff! Wonderful rooms, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and delicious breakfast. Take the boat for a tour on the river or just go for a swim. Quiet, well maintained and just beautiful. We'll be back (again) for sure :-)!

My mum and I stayed at this B&B when visiting the Eras Tour in Amsterdam. The location was amazing, beautiful and quiet but close to the city. Amazing room and great breakfast. But the staff and co-guests by far made the stay even more memorable! Having a B&B filled with Swiftie fans and this lovely staff is just a cocktail for happy memories. Forever grateful for this experience.

Cutest bed and breakfast ever. The hospitality and comfort I experienced made it feel like home away from home. Even though my stay was short, it did not fall short of being a wonderful experience. The folks who were working there and the owners were very warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful, cozy, and clean… I don’t have any complaints! If you want something close to the city, but far enough away where you can still feel the peace of the country, this is perfect. Will most certainly be back!

Superb! Great quality, spacious rooms, bathroom is well equiped, everything clean… kitchinette with coffee and other drinks availabe in the room, great breakfast possibilities, friendly staff, close to Amsterdam a room with a beautiful view en great environments. All that for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The people who work here are absolutely great. We are near 80 years old and we were helped with our luggage and whatever we needed including a bandaid, Breakfats were very good. The road getting there can be a little difficult if you have never driven in the Netherlands. I did ok. We saw a 14 day old horse in the barn and enjoyed the two big dogs as well. A great restaurant can be seen a short distance from the B+B, Make reservations.

We had a great time. The rooms were very comfortable, the hosts and personnel very nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. The surrounding area is quiet and close to Amsterdam. There are also good restaurant options close by, either in a walking distance, or in a few minutes by car. We totally recommend it. <3

We've had a great stay at Villa Oldenhoff. We could highly recommend this if you want to go to the Ziggo Dome or Johan Cruijff Arena. We hired 2 bikes, which were very comfortable. Perfect beds, bathroom and very kind staff. See you soon again!

Stayed here on Business over 10 years ago and returned for the weekend — It is still excellent — and just as good as I remembered it. Such friendly helpful people — great place to stay! Really spot on recommendations for where to eat at local restaurants too. Thanks for a great stay.

Was a great stay again at one of my favorite places near Amsterdam!
Spacious and luxurious rooms with everything in place (attention to details) and lovely breakfast, makes this a perfect stay over to get back to work the next day/or visit Amsterdam. In only 15 minutes you are back in town.
