Very average hotel,
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel very well like all the Holliday Inn but breakfast a little too light if not nothing to say it's always good.

You are a good establishment with breakfast. Clean and pleasant.

The hotel is very modern from the outside but also from the inside. The bathrooms are new and well equipped. There are towels and soap. The room is big enough. There are also bicycles to borrow.

Great place to stay just outside Utrecht but an easy bus ride into the city. Very clean and very helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable rooms, large size, recently refitted with modern and well designed fixtures. Small TV but that's not why we're there are we. Beds and pillows are wonderful, and full blackout curtains can buy you an extra hour when the sun is rising too soon. Restaurant is medium but with appealing design, quite relaxing for a chat and nightcap. Came by car and the parking was large and well organized — fully automatised.

Although the hotel is far from the city centre, it is very well connected by bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I recommend visiting the city center, it's beautiful.

We stayed here a Week and I have to say kindness cleanliness and breakfast plentiful and relaxation insured.

Spent ten days here in February. Typical HI Express style — clean, functional and all you need. Might be useful to have some more information on the local area available like busses (which are close by and regular to the centre of Utrecht by the way), the nearest supermarket, ATM etc. However the staff were the highlight of his hotel without doubt. In particular Doreen, Bram and Lotte. Thank you all!

Nice clean hotel. Easy parking and friendly staff. Utrecht is a nice town with an amazing castle on the outskirts. Well worth a visit when on holiday in holland. Cafes are open by 11am in the town.

Hotel is close to the highway, easy to reach but still quiet. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The city centre is within easy reach by bus.

Good hotel, Nice Room Elevator wasn't available at the time we arrived, so we had to use stairs 4 floors with luggage Fire alarm was activated so we evacuated but was false alarm. I had an incident with the receptionist, when I arrived to hotel I ask If they need my credit card information or at the end in the checkout (because the company made the reservation) they said at the end its ok, after 3 days (plan was to be 14 days) with prepotent attitude the receptionist said that I must paid in the next minutes and insisted that I was informed about this situation, I didn't refuse to pay but he said "You have 10 minutes to pay if not, we will take other measures" and I went to receptionist and we discuss because his attitude wasn't kind, and he didn't want to wait more time because his boss was pressure him, I was very disappointed of their customer service attitude. I won't recommend this hotel anymore and I will share my experience about it.

Good business hotel, however far away from "life" and the beds are, depending on that, more than modest… this is the same for the pillows, which have not earned their name by any means. They should be described as concrete blocks.

Perfect for a few days stay if you have a car on site otherwise very secluded without any real connection except taxi. Breakfast and service were impeccable.

Very good value budget hotel with very professional and polite staff. The hotel offers most of the expected services and facilities of its more expensive competition. Decent modern rooms and bathrooms. There is ample covered parking on sight and its location is just on the edge of Utrecht but still not too far from the city centre. The included continental breakfast is fairly decent as well. Would recommend a stay for those traveling on a budget.

Hotel just outside the centre of Utrecht, well served by the means, very spacious rooms, courteous and prepared staff, excellent cleanliness and abundant breakfast.

Quiet location and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we are ever back in Utrecht. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic! The food was delicious.

A good hotel. Nice services but the location is barely good. In the heart of the industrial zone.

In the room no safe, no closet, no minibar. Very nice staff, 24/7 bar with alcohol on recoption, cheap, clean. Okay for three stars.

It's a great place, they have a bigger parking area and it's for free. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are fine, in fact the hotel is cheap. But they are one hour from Amsterdam.

What we liked was the coffee/tea facilities in the room, this is always a nice attention, and the breakfast was generous and varied.
What we didn't like at all:
— the bed was in one word awful, going down in the middle, moving all over when one turns, corners moving upward when you sit down (and I am only 65 kilos)
— noisy: we heard alarm and shower of neighbours, the doors are clacking
— not that clean: something sticky in sheet and on table next to bed, something fatty on the desk, toilet, dust. I think the personnel might not get sufficient time to clean
— on sunny days the airco cannot cope
— powder lemonade in breakfast instead of juice and coffee groce, cutlery and plates not cleaned well
Overall, we have to say we could not recommend this hotel, especially not for longer stays.

Clean, new, excellent bed and good bathroom. Nice fresh bread for breakfast. Restaurants for dinner a bit further away (none within a 10 minute walking radius) happy to stay here. Good plus: excellent parking is included.
