The spacious gardens include a terrace with barbecue facilities. A continental breakfast is served in the former gardener’s house each morning. Breakfast can also be served in-room or on the terrace.

Mooi en historisch! Prima ontvangst. Ontbijt viel helaas wel tegen.
The room was located inside the castle and was filled with atmosphere and very nice indeed. We had access to some living rooms downstairs and those as well as the halls and staircases were filled with interesting original artefacts and old paintings fitting a 13 century castle. It appears the castles is used often for parties and that was also the case when we stayed there for one night. Thus it was a bit noisy up to midnight but perfect for a good nights rest thereafter before we continued our journey. A pity that the Castle had no restaurant but offered a decent buffet breakfast in a very nice old building on the grounds of the castle. We will definitely back another time.

Utterly horrible and disgusting customer service. I spoke to the receptionist who booked me in for a filming session, We agreed that I could book the room I liked for the night plus me filming for €200.5min's before we were about to start filming the owner comes into the room to tell me it wasn't possible to shoot. She argued with me for 10 minutes, telling me that I was not telling the truth, that I couldn't have booked this in her. To stay to film I had to pay an extra €100 and if we wanted to still stay the night €150. After fighting with me and making such a scene you can imagine I didn't want to sleepover. When my husband went to pay she started to tell him because of Covid we are not earning enough etc. I spoke to the receptionist three times about the situation. They even rang me to see if I would move my shooting date because I was only filming and someone else wanted to use the room for an anniversary. I have worked in hospitality as a manager of a hotel and this wasn't any way of treating your guests, we had made a certain agreement, then came to make me pay more to stay to film and more to stay overnight very disrespectful. If you stay here be careful about extra costs and bad customer service.
