Very nice and on the cake hotel. The only blemish is that esbin gave our room a very unpleasant smell that didn't exist in the other rooms.

Hotel and staff are lovely, but it's not the greatest area to wonder alone outside at night. During the day everything is beautiful, but later on it seemed that the some of the locals were looking for targets to hustle or rob. My sister and I had to call 2 people follow us from the hotel into the old city and some very shady people attempted to approach my sister. Just travel in groups and be very aware of your surroundings. Do not allow anyone into your personal space and make a scene if someone does attempt to get into your personal space. I would love to rate the hotel on things within their control, but I cannot in good faith.

Good hotel. Really clean, comfortable and welcoming. Not individual, but professional, essential and valuable.

New and modern hotel.
The staff are very friendly.
The rooms are furnished, adapted to the present day. Wlan and USB port are available.
The mattresses, for which they are likely to be quite new, are not particularly high-quality.
There is a climate snake that has to be adjusted itself.
Bathrooms are well equipped. The only shortcoming is the shower. The water pressure is quite nierg, so you get the impression that you don't get wet when you're under it.
The location of the hotel is highly recommended due to its proximity to the city centre and the Old Market, with all the bars and restaurants.
Even to the train station there are only a few meters …

The location is perfect in the city centre. The room is modern with clean upkeep and great repair. The service is professional and timely with sufficient knowledge when needed information. The amenities are fresh and useful. Their Wi-Fi is dependable and quick.

Very good hotel and convenient for business stay. Very close to train station. Breakfast was very good and location is amazing.

I habe/do here 4 days holiday and I have to say the rooms here are very modern, very neat and also clean.
The bed, which plays a very big role for me personally, is super comfortable.
The bathroom is also very clean, everything you need for a stay in a hotel is at hand here, the staff is also friendly, what more could you want?
I'll be back on every case!

Staff are very nice, the rooms are great. Small minus point you can't even make the window on kipp and the air conditioning was very weak. So there was really bad air and it was very very warm in the room. In winter not so the problem but in summer I think it will be very hot there. Otherwise everything top.

Very nice. Great rooms, great bathroom. All top clean. Delicious breakfast I come in raving. In the middle of the city. 200 meters away from the very nice pedestrian zone. A dream. We've been on the 9th floor a great view over Enschede.

It's a nice hotel and has a great location next to the railway station and in a walking distance of the old city centre. Breakfasts are ok, I haven't had any other meals, so I can't comment on that. In your room you only have control over cooling, but not heating … when leaving I've learnt that you need to call the reception to turn up the heating … Sadly, without knowing that, I felt somewhat cold during my stay. The personnel is nice.

Nice hotel in the historical centre of the city near the train station. The hotel has free Internet for 3 devices to one number with the speed limit to 1 MB/s. For more you need to pay extra. The Breakfast is quite modest. Coffee is tasteless. When you check into our non Smoking room had very strong smell of cigarettes. At the reception said that will understand. Figured out by setting the air conditioner at the minimum temperature. From this, the room became very cold, and the smell of cigarettes was gone only partially. Nearby are many small cafes, bars and coffee shops, of course.

Secure location, very close to the central train and bus stations, staff very friendly and also speak English, hotel is in a fantastic location everything is within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms are well designed and also very big. Breakfast includes everything you would hope for.

Mooi hotel met een prima ligging in het centrum van Enschede. Het hotel heeft een eigen betaalde parkeergarage onder het hotel maar is ook makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer doordat er naast het hotel een treinstation is. De kamers waren schoon en het ontbijt was prima.

Great hotel. The double room was clean and well furnished, but also large enough for two people to move around freely. Everything was perfect to the detail: even the curtains overlapped in the middle to completely obscure the room in the morning. Breakfast was around 15€ and had a large variety of food and beverages. Very satisfied, would book again.

Really can't say enough good things about the staff here. Left some pretty expensive headphones in my room and as soon as I let them know they had put them in the post to me in the uk. My mind put at ease in about ten minutes of me sending an email. During my very brief stay the staff were all extremely helpful and a credit to their organisation. Rooms were exactly in keeping with the standards advertised and the food in the bar was much better than you'd expect from a business hotel.

Very expensive in comparison to the prestations: Wi-Fi was really bad and one should actually pay to get a better quality which I find pretty crazy for such a price…

Stayed here with my wife during the weekend. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the railway station. The hotel itself is quite businesslike, with rooms in that by now universal style of colors and textures. But it's a great base for exploring Enschede and staff were friendly and quick. Would definitely go there again.

The Hotel was NEW and well Equipped. Unfortunately, however, not clean, neither the beds nor the room. The bathroom was very Dirty, we have not experienced yet. Hair everywhere on the floor, sink, etc. The doors of the refrigerator with Dunkelnen stains from who knows what! The bed linen was a big dirt patch. The room was in the 4. Days or 3. Nights neither vacuumed nor mopped, and also in the bathroom. Only bed made and towels changed, the 1. Towels also full of dirt spots, but that was changed after a complaint. The Breakfast is not worth the money!
