Nice hotel, staff are friendly and the bar prices are reasonable.
I was watching a football match at the stadium next door so it was a great location for myself. Perhaps not so good if you want the city centre or railway station.

Great hotel for when you plan to stay in Zwolle. It's only ten minutes away with with the bus from the city centrum. The rooms are big and very clean. Also the service was great. They were very helpful.

It's good place to stay in Amsterdam — good services, friendly, shuttle bus to the airport, reasonable price. I'll stay there again when I come back Holland. There is poor breakfast, you should stay there without breakfast.

My husband stays at this hotel a lot, as he has been working in Zwolle… he always tells me how great it is… and I finally got to see for myself when I travelled from the UK to stay with him for the week. The staff are so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing… I think it is the tastiest food I have ever eaten at a hotel… the breakfast was varied and the chef was on hand to cook omelettes, American pancakes, and fried eggs among other things… the only thing I would moan about, is that I had to leave and come home! Thank you to every member of staff Hotel Lumen… keep up the excellent work xx.

Great Hotel, Nice big rooms, awesome Breakfast, excellent Service!

It was one of the best hotels that I have ever been. Everything was great. The receptionists were very nice and friendly, very clean hotel as well as the rooms. The breakfast was very good and had a variety. I will visit this hotel again for sure.

Excellent service, spacious and quiet rooms, clean, staff super friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast with great variety and fresh products. The interior is comfortable and at the same time modern. Easy access to highway and nearby tourist attractions. Our stay was extraordinary. We recommend it for people travelling alone, couples and families. Extra touch: the complementary nespresso capsules offered in each room which is equipped with a nespresso machine; also the "ritual" bath products.

Our experience at the Lumen Hotel, was great! We arrived at 03:00 in the morning and the were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Even though our stay was short, we had everything we needed and more (Nespresso Machine in the room). A very welcoming hotel in a contemporary context! All in all it was a great experience, thank you Lumen hotel!

Very comfortable, big rooms with great facilities and nice view of the stadium from the professional football club. Staff friendly and helpful. Very rich breakfast. Easy 4 star category, even reasonably priced.

The food in Blufinger restaurant is stunning.

Location 20 min walk from the city center, 10 min by bike (you can hire Them at the reception). But of you want to join a football match it's perfect. Also from some Rooms you can see the field in the stadion. Rooms are big with good beds! Staff is really Friends and quick when you need anything. And the breakfast is also fantastic. There is also a chef who van make your favoriete egg or pancakes. The lobby bar is also nice to have a drink or a snack.

Really liked the hotel inside and the rooms were also nice. Small annoyance was the toilet light in the room was on a season and turned off after 60 seconds and then back on again. Also our double bed deluxe rooms was 2 single matras on a double Base.

The bed was great, not too hard. The front desk staff very nice, and it was quiet all night long, ahhhhh! I recommend!

The hotel was very nice and I would stay there again for sure. The staff was supper friendly and they have some amazing typical Dutch waffle cookies. The only think is that they are not in the city center.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lumen! The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our favorite parts were the nespresso maker in the room (so nice to have good coffee in the morning! ) and the rain shower. We look forward to our next stay.
