Strongly recommend this place! The host and the staff are very welcoming and speaks good English, even a bit chinese. Their service is excellent, especially the receptionist (young girl) and the chinese intern. The room is a bit small, but all other facilities are good, canteen and garden are beautiful. We have a motorhome and they allow us for free parking, even borrow us an eu power socket converter.

Silverware are dirty. Syrup bottle cap fell off as I poured it on my pancake.

Not forced environment. Very tasty. The staff is friendly. Loved. Recommend.

Great restaurant in Giethoorn. Creative and delicious food. Interior is nice and tell the story of the local culture.

The hotel picked us up at the nearest station when all buses were on a strike. We received their warm hospitality during our stay.

On our return trip we stopped here and were thrilled. Coos, tea and coffee were really delicious. The operation was friendly and fast.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night and arrived quite late but were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco in the bar. We booked a basic room but were upgraded to a better room on arrival. Not sure what type of room we were upgraded to but it was very clean, very cozy and very clean. The room had a waterside terrace which was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had everything we wanted (many organic food options). The breakfast room was quiet and the service was quick and very friendly. We rented a boat for a full day and asked for a picknick basket which included cookies, sandwiches, a small bottle of prosecco and some fruit. The boat itself was very clean, in perfect condition and turned out to be (marginally) faster than any other boat we saw during the entire day, which is always nice :). We received some information on how to work with the boat and a handy map which showed 4 boat routes. We took all 4 routes for a total of about 25km throughout the day and it was awesome! The hotel itself is quite far from the Giethoorn center, but because we started our day-long boat trip from the small dock behind the hotel this was no issue for us. It's a 5min boat trip to the nearest boat route. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend. Show less Room Tip: The 3 rooms at the back have a private waterside terrace.

Comfortable rooms, delicious dinner and nice host.

Had dinner on the way home to Amsterdam from the villeges. No English menus, and the staff really spoke poor English. Still, when the food arrived it was quite good, however the proportions was to small.

It is relaxing, well furnished, served everything in the smallest details. The ultimate in comfort.
Excellent reception and Super cleanliness. You can only compliment the owners.

In order to experience the beauty of Giethoorn and we booked a boat and a lunch. It's amazing that afternoon and lunch are included in the cruise, tour, even champagne. We return to the hotel to enjoy an afternoon tea, the hospitality of the hotel very pleasant. This restaurant is a must!

We arrived at RAM's horn village is a very beautiful old area, chose this location because of the free Parking, great dinner, the restaurant, the waitress friendly. Free Wi-Fi, free Breakfast, and the price also. I really wanted to like this hotel, but… The hotel trust, front Desk personnel are not responsible for the responses and behaviour, front Desk service personnel, and we argued, and we have to be strong good to win, on the face of IT services staff appear to have won. But, in reality, lost. After a cold attitude, we will never be welcome in this hotel.
