Due to a fatal accident of our daughter, we were unable to use our room and drove headlong home. We have directly and through mediation of Booking. Com asked if they could accommodate us in any way for a next visit. But alas-nothing turned out to be possible. Their advice was, throw it on your insurance. A missed opportunity for Palace Hotel Zandvoort. And please do not come with a standard Reed of cancellation policy, yuck!

Much too expensive for the overnight stay and what is offered for it. Towels smelled like vinegar. Really disgusting. No ear sticks & no cotton pads. Breakfast was just thrown there. They didn't even have fried eggs. Until the breakfast came it took half a sdt and then it came but again 10 min waited for cutlery. So out of 5* only a 1. And that for 280€ a night …
